She is daughter of Dan and Erika Russell. The was born and raised in Zeiss in southern Liberl. Due to her parents' common unavailability due to travelling, she lives with her grandfather, Albert Russell, while inheriting most of her mechanical knowledge from him. She continues to learn from assisting her grandfather in the Zeiss Central Factory, while also helping Grandma Mao with the hot springs in the neighboring Elmo Village. She loves fiddling with machinery, Every time she sees something interesting in terms of technology, everything around her is zoomed out as she works on it like in a robotic phase. Even with her intelligence, she is still very childish and loving like a typical little girl who can be moved to tears. In S.1202, Tita meets Estelle and Joshua Bright. She introduces them to her grandfather, Albert Russell and helps them try to scan the Gospel. After being sent to Elmo Village for a repair job, Tita is shocked to discover ZCF full of smoke and her grandfather missing. It is during this that she meets Agate Crosner for the first time. Tita then gets upset when Estelle, Joshua and Agate refuse to take her with them to rescue her grandfather, so she follows them and arrives just as Estelle an co. confront the culprits. Trying to help, Tita causes Agate to get hurt whilst protecting her and allows the culprits to get away with her grandfather. On orbal shutdown phenomenon, Tita joins the party in the voyage to the Liber Ark, where she meets up with Renne during the fateful confrontation on the Axis Pillar. After defeating Renne and showing her that there are people she can trust, Tita and Estelle watch her flying far away with Pater-Mater hoping that they will see her again in the future. From this moment, Tita really considers Renne as her friend. Tita was one of the individuals sent to Phantasama by the Recluse Cube. She had slightly grown up in height following the Orbal Shutdown Phenomenon and continued working as an engineer at the Zeiss Central Factory. After return she often thought about Renne, wondering when she would return. When she heard about strange happenings in Erebonia from Olivert Reise Arnor, whom she traveled with during his time in Liberl, Tita enrolled at Thors Branch Campus as an exchange student against her mother's wishes in S.1206. Renne voiced her support for Tita, and the two made a promise to show each other their hard work when they met each other again. Enrolled at Class IX under Instructor Towa Herschel, Tita works directly under Professor G. Schmidt on tanks and soldats.
