◆ 利用規約
【許諾事項】： ● Standard Ver.（個人版）： √ 改変や加工 / 色の変更 √ 個人による画像や動画の投稿、live配信、vtuber活動（収益を得ることを含む） √ アセットが使用されたアバターのオンラインサービスのへのアップロードは他人がダウンロード、利用できない形であれば可能 ● Corporate Ver.（企業版）： √ 法人利用(営利、非営利での利用も可） √ 実物の商品を作り √ ソフトウェアやゲーム内での使用 √ 全てのバリエーションが同梱された、法人などの企業や団体で利用できるバージョンです。 → エンドユーザーの手に渡る場合、アセットを抽出できない形にすること 【禁止事項】： × 自作発言 × 再配布行為（テクスチャを変更したものを含む、購入者以外への譲渡） × 再販売行為（当店の商品を組み合わせて作成したモデルの販売を含む） × VRchatのpublicアバター、 VRoidHubでの「他人の利用OK」での公開等 × 政治、宗教、反社会的活動の使用 【その他】： 1. 当店の無料商品は全て「standard ver.」の利用規約が適用されます。 2. 非営利利用の場合はクレジットの表記は任意です。営利目的でご利用の場合は表記をお願いいたします。 【商業登記】 お客様の権利保護をより確実なものとするため、商用ライセンス利用者は、本店商品を商用利用する前にライセンス登録を完了するものとします。 ライセンス登録は、ライセンス管理および確認を目的とするものであり、追加料金や審査手続きは発生しません。 作者は、商用ライセンス資格の確認を目的として、購入履歴の提示を求める権利を有します。

【You are allowed】： ● Standard Ver.： √ Data modification./ Change Colors. √ Revenue activities through live, video production.（including generating profit.） √ Uploading avatars that use the assets to online services is allowed if others cannot download or use them. ● Corporate Ver.： √ Corporate use.(both profit and non-profit) √ Produce physical goods √ Use within software or games. √ This version includes all variations and is intended for use within corporations or organizations. → Ensure assets cannot be extracted when distributed to end-users. 【You are NOT allowed】： × Deception of the author × Sale or redistribution (Including modified data) × Resale activities (including the sale of models created by combining items from our shop) × Use of Vroid Hub or VRchat avatars by others. × Use of politics, religion, antisocial activities 【Other cases】： 1. All free products from our store are subject to the "standard ver." usage terms. 2. For non-commercial purposes, credit attribution is optional. For commercial use, please provide attribution. 【Commercial registration】 To better protect your rights and interests, commercial license holders should complete license registration before commencing any commercial use of the product. License registration is intended solely for license management and verification purposes and does not constitute any additional fees or approval process. The creator reserves the right to request proof of purchase from users for the purpose of verifying their commercial license eligibility.
