本データは、VRoid Studioでの個人利用および商用利用を想定した3Dモデルです。 以下の内容をご確認の上、ご利用ください。 ダウンロードされた時点で、利用規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。 ✅ 利用可能な範囲 ・個人での使用（動画、SNSアイコン、配信活動など） ・商用利用（収益化コンテンツでの利用を含む） ❌ 禁止事項 ・カスタマイズ・改変（色変更・スタイル調整など） ・再配布、再販売、自作発言 ・NFT化および商標登録 ・政治活動、宗教活動、または公序良俗に反する表現・活動への使用 ・性的表現、過度に暴力的・グロテスクな表現を含むコンテンツへの使用 ・テクスチャ（改変済みを含む）を使用した3Dモデルの譲渡・販売 ・VRChatなどでの「Allow Avatar Cloning（アバターの複製許可）」設定 ・本データを利用した.vroid及び .vroidcustomitemデータを第三者に配布・譲渡すること ⚠️ その他 ・著作権は制作者「NOPIA」が保持しており、譲渡・放棄はしません。 ・利用規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。常に最新版が適用されます。 ・本データの使用により発生したいかなるトラブル・損害についても、制作者は責任を負いかねます。 ・デジタル商品という性質上、返金対応はいたしかねます。 Terms of Use (EN) This data is a 3D model designed for personal and commercial use within VRoid Studio.
