This restriction applies to all platforms, including but not limited to VRChat. 제2조 [수정 및 활용] / 第2条【修正および利用】 / Article 2 [Modification and Use] ① 구매자는 모델 데이터를 수정하여 비상업적 목적으로 사용하는 행위를 할 수 있습니다. 　購入者はモデルデータを修正し、非商用目的で利用することができます。 　The purchaser may modify the Model data and use it for non-commercial purposes. ② 전항에 불구하고, 모델의 수정 여부와 관계없이 재배포, 판매, 양도, 대여 또는 이와 유사한 행위는 금지됩니다. 　ただし、前項にかかわらず、モデルの修正の有無に関わらず、再配布、販売、譲渡、貸与、その他これに類する行為は禁止されます。 　Notwithstanding the foregoing, redistribution, sale, transfer, rental, or any similar act, whether or not the Model has been modified, is strictly prohibited. 제3조 [금지 행위] / 第3条【禁止行為】 / Article 3 [Prohibited Acts] ① 구매자는 모델을 법령에 위반되는 행위에 사용하여서는 아니 됩니다. 　購入者はモデルを法令に違反する行為に使用することはできません。 　The purchaser shall not use the Model in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. ② 구매자는 모델을 타인에게 불쾌감을 주는 행위, 종교적 목적, 정치적 목적으로 사용하여서는 아니 됩니다. 　購入者はモデルを他人に不快感を与える行為、宗教的目的、政治的目的に使用することはできません。 　The purchaser shall not use the Model for purposes that may cause discomfort to others, or for religious or political activities. ③ 모델 파일 및 그에 포함된 모든 구성 요소(텍스처, 소재, 파츠 등)는 어떠한 형태로도 재판매할 수 없습니다. 　モデルファイルおよびそれに含まれるすべての構成要素（テクスチャ、素材、パーツ等）は、いかなる形態でも再販売することはできません。 　The Model file and all of its components (including but not limited to textures, materials, and parts) may not be resold in any form. 제4조 [방송 및 공표] / 第4条【放送および公表】 / Article 4 [Broadcast and Publication] 구매자가 모델을 방송, 영상 제작 등 공표되는 콘텐츠에 사용할 경우, 사전에 제작자에게 이를 알리는 것을 권장합니다. 購入者がモデルを放送、映像制作などの公表されるコンテンツに使用する場合、事前に制作者へ連絡することを推奨します。 If the purchaser intends to use the Model in broadcasts, video production, or other publicly disclosed content, it is recommended to notify the creator in advance. 제5조 [기타] / 第5条【その他】 / Article 5 [Miscellaneous] 본 약관에 명시되지 아니한 사항은 일반 상관례 및 관계 법령에 따릅니다. 本規約に明示されていない事項については、一般的な慣行および関連法令に従います。 Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by general business practices and applicable laws. 본 작품은 다음의 외부 리소스를 사용하여 제작되었습니다. 本作品は以下の外部リソースを利用して制作されています。 This work has been created using the following external resources: (Liltoon Shader) (Modular Avatar) 百度およびその他のプラットフォームにおける無断商用販売が発覚した場合、法的措置を講じます。 In the event that unauthorized commercial sales are detected on Baidu or other platforms, legal action will be taken.
