With the fist gesture, remove the cigarette pack. 2. While holding the cigarette pack, make a thumbs-up gesture. Place the pack close to your mouth to put the cigarette in your mouth. 3. With the fist gesture, remove the lighter. 4. While holding the lighter, make a thumbs-up gesture. Place the lighter close to the cigarette you've put in your mouth to light it. 5. With the peace sign gesture, you can transfer the cigarette to your hand. 6. With the gesture in hand, bring it back in front of your mouth. 7.
