In this stage, Tatami will begin the full Live2D rigging and implementation based on the finalized, fully colored character illustration. ⸻ 🔹 What’s Included in This Phase • Complete Live2D model creation based on the approved final illustration. • Full rigging of facial and body movements, including breathing, blinking, lip sync, and natural motion. • Implementation of all standard expressions and toggles (such as smiling, blinking, emotion toggles, etc.). • Adjustment of physics for hair, clothing, and accessories for a natural and smooth movement. • Basic VTS setup (parameters, hotkeys, etc.) so the model can be used immediately for streaming. ⸻ 🔹 About This Phase This is the most technically detailed and time-consuming stage of the project. Tatami will carefully build the model mesh, create parameter mappings, and test every element to ensure your model performs beautifully in Live2D and VTube Studio.
