利用規約 当ショップをご覧いただき、ありがとうございます。 当ショップでは、手描きの作品とAI生成を用いた作品の両方を取り扱っております。 皆様が安心して、また私自身も大切に作品を届けていけるよう、以下のルールを定めています。ご利用前に必ずご確認ください。 1. 利用の基本ルール 当ショップの素材は、お客様の活動を彩るパーツや装飾としてご利用いただけます。 ただし、著作権は放棄しておりません。すべての権利は当ショップ「Natsuiro-art」に帰属します。 2. 素材のタイプによる使い分け 当ショップでは、素材を大きく2つのタイプに分けています。各商品の説明欄にどちらのタイプか記載していますので、必ずご確認ください。 ① 【Natsuiro-Standard】（汎用素材） 🔸個人利用・商用利用 基本、個人利用も商用利用もOKです。こちらも一般的な利用範囲内でご使用ください。 🔸利用例 ・SNSやブログでのアイコン、サムネイル、投稿など ・他の素材との合成、加工（サムネイルや配信用の壁紙の素材と合成） ・紙や布などへの印刷（プレゼント用ラッピング、本などの挿絵、グッズ） ・収益化された動画の素材、本の挿絵、同人誌、動画やゲーム、他 🔸加工 リサイズ、トリミング、色変更、描き込み、アップスケール、他素材との合成など、ご自由に行えます。 🔷NGなこと 下の禁止事項の内容に準ずる。 ② 【Natsuiro-Collection Plus/Solo】 （一部商用OK） 用途に合わせて2種類あります。 どちらも、「作品を構成するパーツ」としてではなく、活動の装飾としてお使いください。 【Plus】（一部商用OK） 各種用途の素材にのみ、ご使用できます。各ページの詳細をご覧ください。 ※Plusの素材の個人利用はOKです。 【Solo】（個人・非営利のみ） 各種用途の素材にのみ、ご使用できます。各ページの詳細をご覧ください。 【Natsuiro-Collectionでの加工・使い方】 🔸加工の範囲 ◎OKなこと 原型を保つ範囲（文字入れ、色調補正、トリミング）でお願い致します。 ×NGなこと 手描きでの描き込み・アップスケールはご遠慮ください。 🔸素材の主従関係 4.禁止事項の「素材が主となる商用利用の禁止 」をご確認ください。 利用例がございます。 3. 成人向け（R-18）作品への利用 基本禁止にしておりますが、素材ごとに可否を設定しているものもあります。一律での許可はしておりませんので、必ず各商品ページの説明に従ってください。 4. 禁止事項 以下の行為は、素材の種類を問わず一律で禁止いたします。 🔷素材が主となる商用利用の禁止 二次配布・転売：加工の有無を問わず、素材そのものをデータとして配布、販売すること。 ◎OKな例 ・背景として使い、その上に自分のキャラクターを載せる（面積が素材の方が大きくてもOK！） ・画像に文字を入れたり、色を変えたりして、自分の動画やブログのアイキャッチにする ・アイコンやヘッダーとして使用する ×NGな例 素材をそのまま、あるいは色変えのみでTシャツ・スマホケース・LINEスタンプ、等にして販売、素材集としての再販することなど 🔷自作発言：作者を偽って公開・投稿すること。 🔷AI学習への利用：当ショップの素材をAIの学習データ（LoRA制作等）として読み込ませること。SNSプラットフォームのシステムによる自動的なAI学習については、禁止事項には該当しません。あくまで「ユーザー個人や第三者が、意図的に特定の学習データ（LoRA等）を作成すること」を禁止しています。 🔷商標登録・ロゴ採用：素材をメインにしたロゴ作成や、権利登録を行うこと。 🔷公序良俗に反する利用：誹謗中傷、犯罪行為、反社会的なコンテンツでの使用。 5. キャンセル・免責・了承事項 🔷返品・返金 デジタルデータの性質上、購入・ダウンロード後の返品や返金には一切応じられません。 🔷利用責任 素材の使用により発生したトラブルについて、当ショップは一切の責任を負いかねます。 🔷実績としての公開 ご利用頂いている配信や画像等を、Natsuiro-artの実績（ポートフォリオやSNSでの紹介）として公開させて頂くことがございます。 6. クレジット表記・使用報告 クレジット表記（作者名やショップURLの記載）や報告は「任意」です。 もしご紹介いただける場合は、以下の情報をご活用ください。活動の励みになります！ ショップ名：Natsuiro_art URL：https://natsuiroart.booth.pm/ Thank you for visiting my shop. Prohibitions: Follow the general "Prohibited Actions" listed below. ② 【Natsuiro-Collection Plus/Solo】 (Limited Commercial Use) 【Plus】: Commercial use is limited to specific applications. Please check the individual product page for details. Personal use is OK. 【Solo】: For personal and non-profit use only. Editing Rules for Collection Series: OK: Adjustments that preserve the original image (adding text, color correction, cropping). NG: Drawing over the image by hand or upscaling is prohibited. Note: Please check the "Primary Use" rule in Section 4 regarding commercial use. 3. R-18 / Adult Content Usage in R-18 content is prohibited by default unless specified otherwise on the individual product page. 4. Prohibited Actions (Applies to ALL materials) The following actions are strictly forbidden: Commercial Use where the Material is the Main Product: Redistribution & Resale: Selling or distributing the raw or edited data as a standalone "asset" is prohibited. OK Examples: Using it as a background for your character, or adding text/filters for a video thumbnail. NG Examples: Selling the image (as-is or with minor color changes) on T-shirts, phone cases, LINE stickers, or as part of a stock photo collection. Impersonation: Falsely claiming that you created the work. AI Training: Using these materials for AI training data (e.g., creating LoRAs). Note: Automatic AI learning by SNS platform systems is not a violation; this rule targets intentional training by individuals or third parties. Trademarks: Registering logos or brands that primarily feature these materials. Illegal/Malicious Use: Use in slanderous, criminal, or antisocial content. 5. Cancellations & Disclaimers No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital data, returns or refunds are not possible after purchase. Responsibility: The shop is not responsible for any trouble caused by the use of these materials. Portfolio Use: I may feature your public use of my materials in my portfolio or on SNS for promotional purposes. 6. Credit & Contact Credit is optional but greatly appreciated!
