以下の行為を禁止します。 1.購入者以外への販売データの共有 2.VRChat等における、パブリック（誰でも使用可能）状態でのアップロード 3.BOOTHなどのダウンロード販売サイトにおける、当ショップの3Dモデルの再販売 ４本商品はパッケージ内容に記載されている物のみの販売を目的としており、アバター本体やアニメーション、その他記載のないデータに関しては同封されていません。 パッケージ内容をご確認の上ご購入ください。 ５本商品は手動での設定を推奨しています。ご自身での設定が必要である事をご理解いただける方のみご購入ください。 ７本製品をご購入いただいた時点で利用規約に同意したものとみなし、ご購入後に発生した問題やこちらの3Dモデルを使用した際に発生した何らかのトラブルや損失に対して、当ショップは一切の責任を負いません。 ---------------------------------------------------- 【Terms of Use & Prohibited Activities】 The following actions are strictly prohibited. If any violations are discovered, legal action may be taken through an attorney. 1. Sharing the purchased data with individuals other than the buyer 2. Uploading to VRChat or other platforms in a public state (accessible by anyone) 3. Reselling our 3D models on platforms such as BOOTH or other digital marketplaces 4This product is intended to sell only the 3D ornaments listed in the package contents, and does not include the avatar itself, animations, or any other data not listed. Please check the package contents before purchasing. 5This product can be used even if it is installed as is, but manual configuration is recommended. Please purchase this product only if you can read the installation instructions and understand that you will need to set up the product yourself to some extent. 7When you purchase this product, you agree to the terms of use. We are not responsible for any problems that may occur after purchase or any problems or losses that may occur when using this 3D model.
