日本語版：利用規約 / 禁止事項 本利用規約はすべて日本語で記載されており、これを正文とします。 英語の規約は参考として提供されているものであり、日本語版と他の言語版との間に齟齬や矛盾がある場合は、日本語版の内容が優先されます。 ■ 利用規約 デザイン変更・改変： 許可 当素材と他の素材を組み合わせる場合、その素材について利用者が利用目的に適合するライセンスを有している場合に限ります。 商用利用（個人・法人）： 許可 性的表現・暴力表現： 許可 R18作品は必ず「R18」を明示してください。 VRoid Studio以外での利用： 許可 VRChatなどでのアバター利用： 許可 VTuber活動への利用： 許可 販売しているVRoidモデルをVTuber活動に使用する際は、必ずご自身でキャラクターに名前を付けてください。 また、汎用モデルであることを明示してください。 クレジット表記： 必要 利用時の連絡： 不要 注意事項： 当商品の利用により発生したトラブル等について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。 利用規約や禁止事項は予告なく変更する場合があります。 ■ 禁止事項 当素材および改変素材の再配布・販売： 禁止 例：VRoid Hubでダウンロード可能な状態でモデルを公開すること、VRChatアバターをパブリック化することは再配布に該当するため禁止します。 特定の個人、企業、団体等への誹謗中傷やヘイトスピーチ： 禁止 また、政治的活動や宗教的活動への利用も禁止します。 自作と偽る行為： 禁止 著作権は放棄していません。 Japanese Version: Terms of Use / Prohibited Activities These Terms of Use are written entirely in Japanese and constitute the official text. The English version is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy or contradiction between the Japanese version and other language versions, the Japanese version shall prevail. ■ Terms of Use Design Changes/Modifications: Permitted When combining this material with other materials, the user must possess a license for those materials that is suitable for the intended use. Credit attribution: Required Notification upon use: Not required Important Notes: We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any issues arising from the use of this product. Terms of use and prohibited actions may be changed without prior notice. ■ Prohibited Actions Redistribution or sale of this material or modified versions: Prohibited Example: Publishing the model in a downloadable state on VRoid Hub or making a VRChat avatar public constitutes redistribution and is prohibited. Defamation or hate speech targeting specific individuals, companies, organizations, etc.: Prohibited Furthermore, use for political or religious activities is also prohibited. Pretending it is your own creation: Prohibited Copyright has not been waived.
