VRChat（Unity2022.3.22f1を利用する、2026年1月15日時点）での利用を想定した、花畑や草地を表現するためのシェーダーです。 動作確認用のサンプルテクスチャ、マテリアルが入っています。あくまで確認用。 ---------- 利用規約 1. 著作権 本アセット（シェーダーコード、テクスチャ、関連データを含む）の著作権は、制作者（以下「当方」）に帰属します。 本アセットの購入・ダウンロードにより、著作権が譲渡されることはありません。 2. 使用許諾 利用者は以下の範囲で本アセットを使用できます： * 個人・商用問わず、映像作品・ゲーム・VR/ARコンテンツ（VRChatのワールドやアバター等を含む）での利用 * シェーダーコードの改変、パラメータ調整、テクスチャの差し替えなどの編集 * 法人・団体による利用も可（※再販・再配布不可） 3. 禁止事項 以下の行為は禁止とします： * 本アセットの再配布・転売（改変の有無を問わず、シェーダーコードやソースファイルをそのまま配布する行為を含む） * 第三者が本アセットを容易に取り出せる状態でのアップロード（クローン可能なパブリックアバターや、アセット配布を主目的としたワールドへの組み込み等） * NFT・AI学習素材としての使用 * 公序良俗に反するコンテンツへの使用 * 第三者へデータを譲渡・再配布すること（外注等の共有は事前に相談） 4. 免責事項 本アセットの使用によって発生した損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。 データは現状のまま提供され、動作保証やUnity/VRChatの将来のバージョンへの対応保証は行いません。 5. その他 利用規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。最新版は配布ページをご確認ください。 ご不明点がある場合は、ご利用前にご連絡ください。 本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関連して生じた紛争については、京都地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。 利用者が本規約に違反した場合、当方は生じた損害の賠償を請求できるものとします。データの無断再配布・販売などの重大な違反については、損害賠償請求および弁護士費用を含む法的措置の対象となる場合があります。 ---------- Shader Asset Terms of Service 1. Copyright The copyright of this asset (including shader code, textures, and related data) belongs to the creator (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the creator"). The purchase or download of this asset does not constitute a transfer of copyright. 2. License of Use Buyers/Users are permitted to use the asset under the following conditions: * Use in visual works, games, VR/AR content (including VRChat worlds and avatars), etc., for both personal and commercial purposes. * Editing, including modification of shader code, parameter adjustments, and texture replacement. * Use by corporations and organizations is also permitted. (Resale or redistribution is prohibited.) 3. Prohibited Actions The following actions are strictly prohibited: * Redistribution or resale of the asset, regardless of whether it has been modified (this includes distributing the shader code or source files as-is). * Uploading as a public avatar or world asset in a manner that allows third parties to easily extract the asset (e.g., public avatars with cloning enabled, purely asset-distributing worlds). * Use of the asset in NFTs or as training material for AI models. * Use of the asset in content that is offensive to public order and morals. * Transferring or sharing the raw asset data with third parties. (If outsourcing or collaboration is required, please consult us in advance.) 4. Disclaimer We accept no liability for any damages resulting from the use of this asset. Serious breaches, such as unauthorized redistribution or sale of the asset, may be subject to legal action, including claims for compensation and attorney's fees.
