PromptExplorer — Heavy Machinery Edition Complete Tactical Control Over Your AI Image Library. What is this? PromptExplorer is a desktop app for browsing, searching, and inspecting your AI-generated images. If you use Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111, Forge, etc.) and your image folder is getting hard to manage, this tool is for you. It reads the metadata embedded inside each PNG automatically — no manual tagging needed. What can it do? 🗂 Explorer Tab Browse your image folder just like Windows Explorer. Click a subfolder → thumbnails load instantly. Click any image → the Inspector / Cockpit panel provides a deep dive into your image's DNA: The positive and negative prompts used Model name, LoRA name(s), seed, steps, CFG scale, image size Full raw metadata 🔍 Filter Tab Find images by what was used to generate them. Filter by Checkpoint model (e.g. only show images made with a specific model) Filter by LoRA Search keywords inside the positive prompt Search keywords inside the negative prompt Sort by newest or oldest Hit the blue Scan button once to analyze your folder for instant filtering. 🔎 Fuzzy Search Tab Type any word — the app finds images that match. Powered by a built-in dictionary of 3,600+ tags for intelligent keyword matching. Searching girl automatically expands to 1girl, female, solo, and more.
