製品の特長・スペック
- 外形寸法：約83×83mm（ユニット外形と同寸） - ネジ穴ピッチは対角で約86mm（±1mm程度の余裕あり）で設計し、FE83NV2での装着を確認しています。他の標準的な4穴固定の8cmフルレンジユニットにもお使いいただける可能性は高いですが、実機がないため保証は致しかねます。 - ユニット前面のリング状の段差に干渉せずに、スペーサーを使わずにフレームに直接ねじ止め可能な構造です。 - メッシュ部は音抜けを最優先し0.8mm厚のドーム形状に仕上げています。指で強く押すと適度なしなりがある設計です。 - 反射を抑えたマット仕上げです。
仕上がりについて
商品は3Dプリンターによる自作品です。滑らかな仕上がりになるよう造形設定等工夫していますが、積層痕や微小なムラ・個体差があります。工業製品並みの完璧さをお求めの方はご購入をお控えください。

Fostex FE83NV2 — Custom Speaker Grille (Square) / Set of 2 A custom-designed grille to protect and dress up your Fostex FE83NV2 full-range driver. This square version follows the outline of the driver's own frame, so it sits flush and looks built-in. Fine honeycomb mesh with a gently domed profile, made to look at home on a finished build. Shipped as a set of 2 (one pair, for the left and right speakers). Please note: the speaker driver and mounting screws are not included.
Features & Specs
- Outer dimensions: approx. 83 × 83 mm (matches the driver's frame). - Designed around a diagonal mounting-hole pitch of approx. 86 mm (±1 mm tolerance); fit is confirmed on the FE83NV2. It will most likely fit other standard 4-hole 8 cm full-range drivers as well, but I can't guarantee this, as I haven't tested it on those units. - Mounts directly to the frame — no spacer required. The design clears the raised ring on the front of the driver. - The mesh has a 0.8 mm domed profile for maximum acoustic transparency. By design it flexes slightly under firm finger pressure (it is a light cover, not a rigid guard) and does not deflect anywhere near the cone. - Matte, low-reflection finish.
About the finish
Each piece is FDM 3D-printed in PLA and finished by hand. I tune the print settings for a smooth result, but faint layer lines and small piece-to-piece variation are part of its handmade character. If you need mass-production-level perfection, please consider this before ordering.
