本モデルを購入、またはダウンロードした時点で、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。 By purchasing or downloading this model, you are agreeing to these terms of use. ## 許可事項 (Allowed) * VRChat等のVRSNSにおけるアバター・ワールドでの利用 (Use for avatars/worlds in VRSNS like VRChat) * 3D形状、テクスチャの改変・修正 (Modification of 3D meshes and textures) * 個人による商用利用・配信・動画での利用 (Commercial use, streaming, and video creation by individuals) * 本モデルデータ（改変物含む）の再配布、およびVRChat内でのPublic（パブリック）アップロード・ペデスタルへの配置 ※ただし、データの配布・共有は「無料（0円）」で行う場合に限ります。有料での販売や、有料プラン限定の配布などは禁止します。寄付は別 (Redistribution of this model data, including modifications, and uploading as Public/Avatar Pedestals in VRChat are allowed, ONLY if distributed completely for FREE (0 JPY). Selling or distributing via paid services is strictly prohibited. Donations are an exception.) * 1mmでも改変を加えた状態であれば「自作発言」OK（例：「自分で作成した」と名乗ること） (You are allowed to claim credit/creation for the model, ONLY if you have made modifications to it.) ## 禁止事項 (Prohibited) * 本モデルデータ（改変物含む）を有料で販売・配布すること (Selling or distributing this model data, including modifications, for a fee) * R-18・R-18G表現（性的、猟奇的な表現）での利用 (Use in R-18 / R-18G content) * 他者への誹謗中傷、政治、宗教活動、違法行為への利用 (Use for slander, political/religious activities, or illegal acts) ## 免責事項・その他 (Disclaimer / Others) * 本モデルを使用したことによって生じた何らかのトラブル、損失、損害に対して、制作者は一切の責任を負いません。 (The creator assumes no responsibility for any trouble, loss, or damage caused by the use of this model.) * 本利用規約において、日本語の文章と翻訳（英語など）の文章との間に解釈の齟齬・矛盾が生じた場合は、常に日本語の文章が優先されるものとします。 (If there is any discrepancy or contradiction in interpretation between the Japanese text and any translation (such as English) of these terms, the Japanese text shall always prevail.) * 本利用規約の内容は、予告なく変更される場合があります。変更された場合は最新の規約が適用されます。 (The contents of these terms of use are subject to change without prior notice.
