<利用範囲等> ・私的/法人問わず禁止事項に該当しない範囲でのデータの加工・改変可 ・ 性的表現・暴力表現への利用可 ・動画内、ライブでの利用可(収益化しているチャンネルも含む) ・ゲームビルドでの利用可(私的/法人・商用含む) ※ただし、ゲーム内キャラクターコスチュームなど当データ利用がゲーム内で完結している事 ゲームへの組み込みの場合クレジット表記をお願いします 。 ※クレジット名は 【DECOBOKO Works】とします。 ＜禁止事項＞ ・未加工・改変後問わず、再配布・販売・譲渡(当データを利用して作成したモデルも含む) ・政治、宗教活動、他者に対する誹謗中傷目的での使用 ・自作発言等、作者を騙るまたは誤認させる行為 ・NFT(類似含む)での使用 ・購入者以外がダウンロード・使用できる状態でのアップロード ※VRoid Hub等に当データを使用したキャラクターをアップロードされる場合は必ず他者の利用又はダウンロードができない状態にして下さい。 ＜その他＞ ・商品のデザイン、仕様、価格は予告なく変更する場合がありますのでご了承下さい。 ・販売商品の性質上、返品・返金対応は行っておりません。 ・当データを使用していかなる損害が発生しても、当ショップは責任を負いません。 <Scope of Use> ・Data may be processed or modified within the scope not violating prohibited items, regardless of personal or corporate use. ・ Permitted for use in sexual or violent content. ・Use permitted in videos and live streams(including monetized channels). ・Use permitted in game builds(Personal/Corporate and commercial use included) . ※However, this applies only when the use of this data is confined within the game itself, such as for in-game character costumes. Please include credit attribution when incorporating into games. ※The credit name shall be 【DECOBOKO Works】. <Prohibited Uses> ・Redistribution, sale, or transfer (including models created using this data), whether unmodified or modified. ・Use for political or religious activities, or for defaming or slandering others. ・Claiming authorship, impersonating the creator, or misleading others about authorship. ・Use in NFTs (including similar formats). ・Uploading in a state accessible for download or use by non-purchasers. ※When uploading characters using this data to platforms like VRoid Hub, ensure others cannot use or download them. ＜Other Notes＞ ・Please note that product design, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. ・Due to the nature of the product, returns and refunds are not accepted. ・This shop assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred through the use of this data.
