発送について

本製品は受注生産となります。 ご入金確認後、通常1週間以内を目安に発送いたします。 なお、ご注文状況や製作状況によっては、発送まで通常よりお時間をいただく場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

ご購入前に

プレイマットは付属しません。 3Dプリント製品のため、積層痕や細かな個体差が生じる場合があります。 高温環境での長時間放置や、強い衝撃・過度な力を加える行為は、変形・破損の原因となる場合があります。 一点ずつ製作しているため、仕上がりには若干の個体差があります。 商品到着時の破損や初期不良があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、交換または対応いたします。 使用中に生じた破損・変形・改造・誤った使用による故障については、返品・交換の対象外となります。 3Dプリント製品の特性上、積層痕やわずかな個体差は不良品には該当しません。

The sheath and guard are securely held together with powerful neodymium magnets, allowing safe transportation while remaining quick and easy to remove. A viewing window in the handle lets you identify which playmat is stored inside, making it easy to carry multiple cases. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor layer lines and slight variations between products may be present. Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, excessive force, or strong impacts, as these may cause deformation or damage. Because every item is individually manufactured, slight differences between products may occur. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or other appropriate support. Damage caused by misuse, modification, accidental impact, excessive force, or exposure to high temperatures is not covered by our return or replacement policy. Minor layer lines and slight variations are a normal characteristic of 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.
