Rules [3D CONTENT]: It is permitted to: - Upload to VRChat as either private or public avatar - Upload to other games, as long as it's encrypted enough to prevent easy access - Adjust, modify, use parts of this model on other ones and share parts with people who also bought this model - Usage in videos, streams and social media Creating assets using weights and mesh parts for either private or commercial use It is prohibited to: - Share the avatar or parts of it with people who have not bought the avatar - Create content with excessive violence (gore/torture/disturbing) - Create NSFW content (unless kept private or creation of 3D assets) - Create any sort of content related to religion, politics or hate speech - Create assets with little to no change to the original avatar Rules [2D CONTENT]: It is permitted to: - Use illustrations/art files for personal vanity purposes (profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc.) - Edit the image according to application limitations or personal use (cropping, resizing, file type conversion) It is prohibited to: - Input illustrations/art from the folder through AI training - Edit the image in a way that distorts the original composition, colors, or fundamental look - Take credit or plagiarize the artist’s work or original designs - Share the original HD file publicly, in a way that the original file can be easily obtained by any party online - Direct trace over the image - Resell illustrations/art for personal commercial gain or merchandise If something doesn't fit on any of the categories above, check the full rules document, or contact the shop owner in last instance.
