### 概要 Corne V3(Cherry軸版)向けに設計した、自作の分割式(サンドイッチ構造)キーボードケースのSTLデータです。底トレイとトッププレートを別部品として3Dプリントし、ネジで組み立てる構成になっています。 ### 内容物 - 底トレイ STL(左右分) - トッププレート STL(左右分、下記2種類) ### トッププレートは2種類収録 1. **純正トッププレート併用モデル** Corne V3のPCBキットに付属するトッププレート(PCB)と重ねて使う前提の薄型プレートです。スイッチの保持は純正PCB側に任せる構成のため、開口はシンプルな一段穴になっています。 2. **単体使用モデル** 純正のPCBトッププレートを使わない組み方でも使える、スイッチ保持用のリップ(段差)付きプレートです。プレートクリップ付きスイッチであれば、このプレート単体でしっかり固定できます。 お使いの組み方(純正トッププレート込みのキットか、それを使わない構成か)に合わせてお選びください。 ### 精度へのこだわり PCBとケース内壁のクリアランスはわずか0.2mmという、ガタつきのないぴったりサイズを狙った設計です。実際にBambu Lab A1 miniで印刷し、PCBの収まり・インサート圧入・組み立てまで検証済みです。 ### 組み立てに追加で必要なもの(別売り・各自ご用意ください) - M2 ヒートセットインサートナット - M2 × 8mm ネジ （左右のケースを作るために、ナット・ネジは10個ずつ必要です） いずれもM2サイズです。トレイ側にインサートナットを圧入し、トッププレート側からネジで固定する方式です。 ### 対応スイッチ Cherry MX互換スイッチ ### ファイル形式 STLのみ(3Dプリント用) ### ご利用について - 本データは個人利用の範囲でご利用いただけます(ご自身で3Dプリントして組み立てて使用する等)。 - 本データそのものの再配布・転売、および本データを用いて印刷した完成品の販売・譲渡は禁止です。 ### 注意事項 - 本商品は3Dプリント用のSTLデータの販売であり、完成品・部品(スイッチ・PCB・ネジ類等)は含まれません。 - ご使用の3Dプリンターやプリント設定により、寸法公差の微調整(インサート圧入穴など)が必要になる場合があります。 --- ### Overview This is STL data for a DIY split (sandwich-structure) keyboard case designed for the Corne V3 (Cherry-stem version). The bottom tray and top plate are printed as separate parts and assembled with screws. ### Contents - Bottom tray STL (left and right) - Top plate STL (left and right, 2 variants, see below) - Foot part STL (stand for adding a tilt angle) ### Both Top Plate Variants Included 1. **Stock Top Plate Compatible Model** A thin plate designed to be layered on top of the stock top plate (PCB) included with the Corne V3 PCB kit. Since switch retention is handled by the stock PCB, the opening is a simple single-step hole. 2. **Standalone Model** A plate with a lip (step) for switch retention, usable in builds that don't use the stock PCB top plate. If your switches have plate clips, this plate alone will hold them securely. Choose the variant that fits your build (kit with the stock top plate included, or a build without it). ### Precision-Focused Design The clearance between the PCB and the case's inner wall is just 0.2mm, designed for a snug fit with no rattle. It has been test-printed on a Bambu Lab A1 mini and verified for PCB fit, insert press-fitting, and full assembly. ### Additional Items Needed for Assembly (sold separately, please prepare your own) - M2 heat-set insert nuts - M2 x 8mm screws Both are M2 size.
