This bilingual observation report documents approximately the first two months following the public release of the VRChat world "Cocoima Poem and Recitation." Does a world truly become complete the moment it is published? This report records how the world was discovered, visited, revisited, and shared during its initial period of public availability. Alongside quantitative trends, it examines the characteristics of literary and recitation experiences in VRChat, observations surrounding discovery, appreciation, revisiting, and sharing, exploratory observations of related worlds, and the design philosophy behind maintaining the world as a long-term public space. This is not a report intended to demonstrate success through large numbers. If the Development Notes were a record of "how this work was created," this report serves as a record of "what first became visible" once the completed world was actually published. This report concludes after documenting approximately the first two months of what is intended to be a long period of publication. How this place will continue to be discovered, read, listened to, and used from here onward lies beyond the scope of this report.
