■１.内容物
・説明書 ・アニメーションデータ -DRA_01_bow.anim -DRA_02_welcome.anim -DRA_03_kick.anim -DRA_04_strong speech.anim -DRA_05_cool suave.anim ・目の動きが大きく違和感がある場合は同封しています目が動かないアニメーション「no eye move」を使用ください。 ・Animation 01,05は差分としてtype2をご用意しています。 無印分で動きが合わない場合にお試しください。 ・Unity設定参考画像
■２.注意事項
人型のアバターで人並みの等身のものを想定しています。人型でも手足が長すぎる場合は不自然な動きになる可能性があります。 衣装によっては動きの一部で貫通等が起こる場合があります。
■３.利用規約
・商品本体は作業者1人につき1点ご購入ください。外部の方も含め、データを編集したり作品に組み込んだりする方が対象です。完成した動画や画像を見るだけの方は購入不要です。 ・個人・個人事業主の方は、ご自身の活動であれば、商品本体のみで商用利用できます。 ・法人が広告・SNS・ゲームなどで商用公開する場合は、公開前に、この商品用の Business Commercial License を追加でご購入ください。個人に制作を依頼する場合も同様です。法人ライセンスは1社・1商品につき1件で、複数の案件に使えます。社内テストや試作だけなら、作業者人数分の商品本体で利用できます。 購入例： 1社の広告で3人がデータを扱う場合は、商品本体3点＋法人ライセンス1件です。 データの改変はOKです。元データ・改変データの再配布や再販売、自作発言、第三者がデータを取り出せる形での公開は禁止します。著作権はSway Motionに帰属します。 この規約は、2026年11月10日［00:00］（日本時間）以降にご注文いただいた商品本体に適用します。それより前にご注文いただいた分は、今後の作品でも、ご購入時の規約の範囲で引き続きご利用いただけます。今回の改定に伴う追加購入は不要です。

This is intended for humanoid avatars with normal proportions. Some avatars may exhibit unnatural movements. Depending on the outfit, clipping or other issues may occur during movement.
■３.Terms of use
・Buy one copy of the set per person working with the animation data, including contractors. Anyone who only views finished videos or images does not need a copy. ・Individuals and sole proprietors may use the set commercially for their own work with the base purchase alone. ・Companies and other legal entities must also buy a Business Commercial License for this product before using it publicly in ads, on social media, in games, or in other commercial projects. This also applies when hiring a freelancer. One license covers one entity and one product across multiple projects. For internal testing or prototyping, one base copy per person working with the data is enough. Example: Three people using the data for one company’s ad need three copies of the set + one Business Commercial License. You may edit the animation. Do not redistribute or resell the original or modified data, claim it as your own, or publish it in a form that lets others extract it. Sway Motion retains the copyright. These terms apply to copies of the animation set ordered on or after ［00:00］ JST on November 10, 2026. Copies ordered before that time may continue to be used under the terms in effect at purchase, including for future projects. No additional purchase is required as a result of this change.
