1.1.0 update / English Japanese/English UI and explanations are available. HTML follows the display language; CSV/JSON preserve their existing machine fields. Bundled.NET Windows runtime is updated to8.0.31; a separate.NET installation and Microsoft Excel are not required. Initial use requires reviewing and agreeing to the1.1.0 terms and applicable third-party originals. The consent record stays beside the app with no external transmission; saving failure prevents use, and changed terms ID/content/product version cause redisplay. Draft-review records are not reused. Existing1.0.0 packages retain their supplied rights and conditions. Independent OSS rights are preserved. Full purchaser terms follow below; original third-party texts and scope are supplied in the package. A separate clean Windows PC installation has not been tested. Price remains JPY1,480; the existing license/support scope is unchanged except for the adopted1.1.0 terms and agreement flow described here.

EvidenceLint 1.1.0 購入者規約 規約ID: el-1.1.0-terms-20261009-r1 採用日: 2026-10-09 利用開始前に本規約と適用される第三者原文を確認し、同意する場合は「同意して利用」を選んでください。同意しない場合は「終了」で利用を開始せずに終了できます。 1. 対象と旧版 本規約はTansokuTechが配布するEvidenceLint 1.1.0を対象とする購入者条件です。旧版1.0.0の購入済みパッケージには同梱された旧版条件が適用され、本規約で旧版の利用権を変更しません。1.1.0へ移行する既存利用者にも新しい条件を事前提示し、旧版の同意を新条件への同意とみなしません。更新版への移行・購入資格や価格は別途案内・判断が必要です。 2. 製品の使用許諾 購入者は本条件に従い個人・商用・業務目的で製品を使用できます。1購入につき特定の1利用者が、その本人が使用する3台までのPCに導入・使用できます。組織では利用者ごとにライセンスが必要です。本人使用のための合理的な私的バックアップは認めます。 3. 製品の再配布等 別途書面で許可された場合を除き、EvidenceLint製品パッケージを他人と共有・再配布し、再販売、再許諾、貸与、利用権の移転、公開・共有場所へのアップロード、1購入を複数人で組織全体に提供することは認めません。著作権・ライセンス・製品識別表示を除去または偽装してはいけません。ただし、独立したOSSライセンスが第三者コンポーネントについて許す複製・変更・再配布等の権利と、法律上制限できない権利は制限しません。製品の制限をOSS単体の権利へ適用しません。 4. 同梱の第三者コンポーネントと原文 同梱.NET 8.0.31およびOpen XML SDK/Framework 3.3.0にはそれぞれの元ライセンス・通知が適用されます。本製品の使用条件と第三者の条件は適用対象を分けて読みます。第三者条件と矛盾するときは、そのコンポーネントについて元条件が優先し、製品条件で追加のOSS制限を課しません。 .NET Library License対象: coreclr.dll、Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll、PresentationNative_cor3.dll、vcruntime140_cor3.dll、wpfgfx_cor3.dll。原文: third-party/dotnet-library-license.html。 Windows SDK License対象: D3DCompiler_47_cor3.dll。原文: third-party/windows-sdk-license.html。 その他の.NET配布ファイル: MITおよび付随する通知。dotnet-runtime-MIT.txt、dotnet-runtime-THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt、windowsdesktop-MIT.txt、wpf-8.0.31-THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt。 Open XML: third-party/openxml-3.3.0-MIT.txt。System.IO.Packaging.dllはWindowsDesktop 8.0.31収録版です。 上記ファイルはいずれも同梱third-party内にあり、初回画面の「第三者原文」で全文を閲覧できます。適用範囲の一覧はTHIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.mdにあります。 5. Microsoftコンポーネントを保護する利用条件 上記Microsoftライセンス対象コンポーネントについて、適用される元ライセンスの利用者に関する条件を、対象コンポーネントの使用条件として守っていただきます。元条件が認める場合や適用法・OSS条件に基づく権利を除き、技術制限の回避、リバースエンジニアリング等、権利表示の除去・妨害、違法使用、単体提供・無許可の共有・貸与・移転等を行わず、適用される輸出規制その他の元条件に従います。SDK固有の条件もSDK対象ファイルに限って原文に従います。原文の免責・救済制限は法令上有効な範囲で該当コンポーネントに適用し、購入者の強行法上の権利は保持します。原文全体と本規約の保護水準・適用範囲は販売者の確認事項です。 6. 販売者の義務と5USD条項の区別 Microsoftへの補償・防御等の配布者側の義務を、この購入者規約で購入者へ転嫁しません。販売者自身が元条件を確認・判断する事項です。.NET Libraryの未改変頒布可能コードだけに起因する請求の例外と、SDK条項の相違も販売者が確認します。Microsoft等から回収可能な直接損害を5USDに制限する原文の条項は、Microsoft等に対する救済の制限です。販売者の補償義務の上限でも、EvidenceLint販売者の責任を一律5USDにする条項でもありません。 7. 用途・利用者の判断 EvidenceLintは完了済み.xlsxの客観的整合性を検査するレビュー補助です。画像が結果を意味的に証明するかは判断せず、すべての不備の検出や特定の監査・品質・契約要件への充足を保証しません。利用者がファイルと列設定を選び、指摘の妥当性、人によるレビュー、必要なバックアップ、出力に基づく判断を行います。 8. データと同意記録 Excelをローカルで読み取り、入力を上書き・修復しません。EvidenceLintにはアカウント、独自テレメトリー、クラウド送信機能がありません。レポートにはファイル名、列設定、Case ID、指摘・解析情報等を含み、保存先は利用者が選びます。Windows/.NET自身の挙動は元資料とOS設定の対象です。 規約ID、製品版、日英規約と第三者原文のハッシュ、同意操作日時、表示言語をexe同居のEvidenceLint.terms-consent.jsonへ保存します。氏名・メール・PC識別子は取得せず、外部送信しません。保存できなければ利用開始しません。規約ID・内容・製品版が変わると再提示します。草案レビューのテスト記録は正式同意に流用しません。このローカル記録は購入・本人確認の証明ではありません。 9. 対応範囲・更新・サポート README、KNOWN_LIMITATIONS、販売時の説明に対応環境と制限を示します。すべてのExcel構造・作成ソフト・描画方式との互換性は保証しません。修正・更新は可能な範囲で行い、無償期間、機能、日程は保証しません。サポートはTansokuTechのBOOTHメッセージで、再現可能な不具合、記載環境での起動、記載された列設定・解析・出力を対象とします。個別ブック修復、テスト設計、証拠の実質判断、機密データ分析、応答期限保証は含みません。問い合わせは可能なら最小の合成再現例とし、認証情報・無関係な個人情報・機密業務ブックを送らないでください。 10. キャンセル・返金 ダウンロード製品のキャンセル・返金は適用されるBOOTHの規則と法律に従います。購入前に環境・対応形式・制限を確認してください。法律上排除できない救済は除外しません。販売導線・提示方法は販売者の確認事項です。 11. 製品の保証・責任 法律が許す範囲で製品は現状のレビュー補助として提供し、全不備の検出、全形式への対応、無欠陥・無停止、特定目的への十分性を保証しません。法律が許す範囲で製品の使用・指摘への依拠による間接的、付随的、結果的、特別の損失について提供者は責任を負いません。法律が禁止する責任制限や法定権利の制限は行いません。第三者コンポーネントの元免責条項とは適用主体と対象を区別します。 12. 言語・変更・連絡 この日英規約は同じ意味を意図します。矛盾を一方の言語の優先で隠さず、修正します。将来版の条件は別途提示し、旧版購入者の権利を遡及変更しません。本規約と画面は配布条件の適合性を保証するものではありません。連絡先: TansokuTechショップのBOOTHメッセージ。

EvidenceLint 1.1.0 purchaser terms Terms ID: el-1.1.0-terms-20261009-r1 Adopted: 2026-10-09 Before use, review these terms and the applicable third-party originals. Select “Agree and use” if you agree; otherwise select “Exit” to leave without starting use. 1. Scope and older versions These purchaser terms apply to EvidenceLint 1.1.0 distributed by TansokuTech. Purchased1.0.0 packages remain governed by their supplied terms; these terms do not change rights in those packages. Existing users moving to1.1.0 must receive the new conditions in advance; old consent is not consent to the new conditions. Upgrade eligibility and pricing require separate communication and decisions. 2. Product license A purchaser may use the product for personal, commercial and business purposes subject to these conditions. One purchase licenses one named user on up to three PCs used by that person. Organizations need a license per user. Reasonable private backups for the licensed user's own use are permitted. 3. Product redistribution Without separate written permission, do not share or redistribute the EvidenceLint product package, resell, sublicense, rent or transfer access, upload it to a public/shared location, or make one purchase available organization-wide to multiple users. Do not remove or misrepresent copyright, license or product-identification notices. This does not restrict copying, modification, redistribution or other rights independently granted for third-party components by their OSS licenses, or rights that cannot legally be restricted. Product restrictions do not apply to independent OSS rights. 4. Third-party components and originals The bundled.NET8.0.31 and Open XML SDK/Framework3.3.0 have their own licenses and notices. Read product and third-party conditions with their respective scope. If they conflict, the original conditions govern the relevant component; product conditions impose no additional OSS restriction. .NET Library License: coreclr.dll, Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll, PresentationNative_cor3.dll, vcruntime140_cor3.dll, wpfgfx_cor3.dll. Protection of Microsoft components For components identified above as Microsoft-licensed, you must comply with applicable original end-user conditions as conditions of using those components. Subject to permissions in the originals, applicable law and OSS rights, do not circumvent technical restrictions, reverse engineer or perform related acts, remove or obstruct notices, use unlawfully, or provide standalone offerings or unauthorized sharing, rental or transfers; comply with applicable export restrictions and other original conditions. SDK-specific conditions apply only to SDK-covered files according to the original. Original disclaimers and remedy limitations apply to the relevant components where legally valid; mandatory purchaser rights remain. The seller must review protective equivalence and scope against the full originals. 6. Seller obligations and the5USD provision Distributor obligations to indemnify, defend or otherwise protect Microsoft are not transferred to purchasers by these purchaser terms. They are matters for the seller's own review and decision. The seller also reviews the.NET Library exception for claims based solely on unmodified distributable code and its difference from the SDK clause. The original limit of5USD on direct damages recoverable from Microsoft and its suppliers limits remedies against those parties. It is not a cap on seller indemnification or a blanket5USD cap on the EvidenceLint seller's liability.
1.1.0 purchaser terms (English, 7–12)
7. Purpose and user decisions EvidenceLint assists human review by checking objective consistency of completed.xlsx workbooks. It does not judge whether an image substantively proves a result or guarantee detection of every defect or satisfaction of a particular audit, quality or contractual requirement. Users select files and mappings, assess findings, perform human review, retain necessary backups and make decisions based on output. 8. Data and consent record Workbooks are read locally and not overwritten or repaired. EvidenceLint has no account, application telemetry or cloud-upload feature. Reports may contain filenames, mappings, Case IDs, findings and analysis metadata; users choose the output location. Windows/.NET behavior is subject to its original documentation and OS settings. The terms ID, product version, hashes of both language terms and third-party originals, agreement-action timestamp and display language are stored in EvidenceLint.terms-consent.json beside the executable. No name, email or machine identifier is collected and nothing is sent externally. Use cannot start if saving fails. Changed terms ID, contents or product version cause redisplay. Draft-review test records are not reused as final consent. This local record is not proof of purchase or identity. 9. Support scope and updates README, KNOWN_LIMITATIONS and the sales description state supported environments and limitations. Compatibility with all workbook structures, producers or drawing types is not guaranteed. Fixes and updates may be supplied on a best-effort basis; no free-update period, feature set or schedule is guaranteed. Support through TansokuTech BOOTH messages covers reproducible defects, startup in documented environments and documented mapping, analysis and export. It excludes custom workbook repair, test-design consulting, substantive evidence judgment, confidential-data analysis and guaranteed response times. Prefer minimized synthetic reproductions; do not send credentials, unrelated personal information or confidential business workbooks. 10. Cancellation and refunds Download-product cancellation and refunds follow applicable BOOTH rules and law. Review environments, formats and limitations before purchase. Non-excludable remedies remain. The seller must review sales presentation and the agreement route. 11. Product warranty and liability Where law permits, the product is supplied as an as-is review aid, without guaranteeing complete detection, all formats, error-free/uninterrupted operation or sufficiency for a particular purpose. Where law permits, the provider is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses from product use or reliance on findings. No legally prohibited liability limitation or restriction of statutory rights applies. Distinguish this provider and scope from original third-party disclaimers. 12. Language, changes and contact These Japanese/English terms intend equivalent meaning. Resolve discrepancies rather than hide them with language precedence. Future-version conditions are presented separately and do not retroactively change older purchasers' rights. These terms and this screen do not guarantee distribution compliance.
