T.O.S: DO: -If you intend to use the asset for commercial purposes (merch, vtuber models or anything that brings you income), please purchase the "commercial use" file. If you only wanna use it for personal purposes only that do not generate any sort of income (like vrchat), you can purchase the cheapest option. -Making drastic changes to the asset is fine as long as you only use it for personal purposes that don't generate any income. Credit is appreciated, but not mandatory. For commercial/merchandising, I'll only allow changes if the asset still remains recognizable, but it is mandatory that you credit me if you promote your services on social media! It should look something like : "Makeup base by SilverPeauh that I edited to achieve this result" (Color changes do not count! Just please do not paint on top of my work to make it "your own". It would be appreciated if you used it as it is and only changed the colors to fit the concept) -You can also mention me on X if you have an account there or you can DM me a picture! I'd really REALLY love to see how you've used it! DON'T: -Please don't claim this asset as your own under any circumstance. -Please do not resell! Resells are NOT allowed, even if you make changes to the asset and it becomes "unrecognizable" by your standard. Using my assets as a base or starting point is 100% prohibited! -Please do NOT put my work into any AI training software! -IF YOU ARE A VTUBER AND YOU MAKE/INTEND TO MAKE AI ART OF YOUR MODEL, DO !!!NOT!!!
