Terms of Use | 利用規約
MousseRibbon（以下「当ショップ」）が販売する「Mellow Join Log」（以下「本商品」）の利用規約です。本商品を購入またはダウンロードした時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。 1. 本商品 本商品は、VRChat のワールドに置いて、インスタンスへの参加・退出の記録と人数を表示するボード（ジョインログ）です。次のものを含みます。 Unity パッケージに含まれるすべてのデータ（Assets/MousseRibbon/Mellow Join Log 以下のスクリプト、シェーダー、画像、マテリアル、Prefab、フォントアセット、導入ツールなど） 説明書など、本商品と一緒に配布するデータ アップデートで追加・変更されたデータ 本商品の動作に必要な VRChat SDK、UdonSharp、TextMesh Pro は本商品に含まれません。それぞれの提供元の規約に従ってください。 2. 権利の帰属 本商品の著作権その他の知的財産権は、当ショップ（または当ショップに利用を許諾した権利者）に帰属します。この規約は本商品の使用を許諾するもので、権利を譲渡するものではありません。 本商品に含まれる次のものは、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。これらの使用・改変・再配布には、この規約ではなく、それぞれのライセンスが適用されます。 フォントアセット（Fonts/TMP/）: Cinzel（© The Cinzel Project Authors）と Noto Sans JP（© Adobe）を元に作成したもので、SIL Open Font License 1.1 に従います（本文は Fonts/Licenses/ に同梱）。 シェーダー MellowJoinLog_TMPFill.shader のうち、TextMesh Pro（© Unity Technologies ApS）に由来する部分: Unity Companion License（http://www.unity3d.com/legal/licenses/Unity_Companion_License）に従います。 3. できること 本商品を VRChat のワールドに組み込み、VRChat にアップロードして公開・使用できます。購入者本人が使用する限り、1 つのワールドに置くボードの数にも、本商品を使うワールドの数にも制限はありません。 商用利用ができます（有料イベント、収益化しているワールド、企業・団体の案件のワールドなど）。 依頼を受けて制作するワールドに、本商品を組み込むことができます（受託制作）。ただし、本商品を含む制作データ（Unity プロジェクトなど）を依頼主に渡す場合は、依頼主も本商品を購入する必要があります。 本商品は改変して使用できます（色の変更、独自のカラーバリエーションの作成、画像やシェーダーの変更など）。改変したものにも、この規約が適用されます。 4. 禁止事項 本商品の全部または一部（改変したものを含む）を、有償・無償を問わず、再配布・販売・譲渡・貸与すること（スクリプト、シェーダー、画像、Prefab、カラーバリエーションの背景画像などを個別に取り出したものを含みます） 本商品を含む、または本商品を元にした配布物（Unity パッケージ、ワールドの制作データやテンプレート、素材集など）を配布・販売すること 購入者本人以外が本商品を使用すること（共同でワールドを制作する場合も、本商品を扱う人はそれぞれ購入が必要です） VRChat 以外のサービス・プラットフォームで使用すること 本商品やその改変物を、自分で制作したものと偽ること 本商品を元に、ジョインログなど同じ用途の素材を制作して配布・販売すること（トレースや作り直しを含む） 法令や公序良俗に反する目的、または特定の個人・団体を攻撃・誹謗中傷する目的で使用すること なお、本商品を組み込んだワールドを VRChat にアップロードして公開すること（訪問者の端末にデータが配信されることを含む）は、再配布にはあたりません。 5. 表示する情報について 本商品は、インスタンスに参加・退出したプレイヤーの表示名と時刻を、同じインスタンスにいる全員が見られる形で表示します。 記録は VRChat の同期の仕組みで同じインスタンスの中だけで共有され、本商品が外部のサーバーなどへ送信・保存することはありません。インスタンスが終了すると記録は消えます。 ワールドを公開する方は、このような表示があることを踏まえて、訪問者に配慮した運用をお願いします。 6. クレジット表記 任意です。表記していただける場合は、「Mellow Join Log / MousseRibbon」のように記載してください。 7. 免責 本商品は現状のまま提供します。特定の目的に適合すること、不具合がないこと、将来にわたって動作することは保証しません（VRChat、Unity、VRChat SDK、UdonSharp の仕様変更により動作しなくなることがあります）。 通信の状況などにより、参加・退出の記録が抜けたり、時刻がずれたりすることがあります。記録の正確さは保証しません。 本商品の使用によって生じた損害について、当ショップは責任を負いません。ただし、当ショップの故意または重大な過失による場合は除きます。 8. 違反した場合 この規約に違反した場合、当ショップは使用の許諾を取り消すことがあります。許諾を取り消された方は、本商品を削除し、本商品を使用したワールドの公開を停止してください。 違反によって当ショップに損害が生じた場合は、その賠償を請求することがあります。 9. 規約の変更 この規約は変更することがあります。変更前に入手した本商品には、入手した時点の規約を適用します。ただし、利用者に有利な変更は、変更前に入手した本商品にも適用します。 10. 言語 日本語版と英語版の内容に食い違いがある場合は、日本語版を優先します。 11. お問い合わせ 「MousseRibbon（当ショップ）」のショップのメッセージへお問い合わせください。 制定日：2026年10月23日 Mellow Join Log Terms of Use These are the terms of use for "Mellow Join Log" ("the Product"), sold by MousseRibbon ("the Shop"). By purchasing or downloading the Product, you agree to these terms. 1. The Product The Product is a board (join log) that you place in a VRChat world to show who joined and left the instance and how many players are in it. It includes: All data in the Unity package (scripts, shaders, images, materials, prefabs, font assets, the setup tool, etc. under Assets/MousseRibbon/Mellow Join Log) Manuals and other data distributed with the Product Data added or changed by updates The VRChat SDK, UdonSharp and TextMesh Pro, which the Product requires, are not part of the Product. Follow the terms of their respective providers. 2. Rights Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Product belong to the Shop (or to the rights holders who have licensed the Product to the Shop). These terms grant you a license to use the Product; they do not transfer any rights to you. The following parts of the Product belong to their respective rights holders. Their use, modification and redistribution are governed by their own licenses, not by these terms. Font assets (Fonts/TMP/): made from Cinzel (© The Cinzel Project Authors) and Noto Sans JP (© Adobe), and licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (the license texts are included in Fonts/Licenses/). The parts of the shader MellowJoinLog_TMPFill.shader that come from TextMesh Pro (© Unity Technologies ApS): licensed under the Unity Companion License (http://www.unity3d.com/legal/licenses/Unity_Companion_License). 3. What you may do Incorporate the Product into VRChat worlds, and upload, publish and use those worlds on VRChat. As long as you are the purchaser, there is no limit on the number of boards in a world or the number of worlds that use the Product. Use the Product commercially (paid events, monetized worlds, worlds for companies or organizations, etc.). Incorporate the Product into worlds you create on commission. However, if you hand over production data that contains the Product (such as a Unity project) to your client, your client must also purchase the Product. Modify the Product (change colors, create your own color variations, edit images or shaders, etc.). These terms also apply to modified versions. 4. Prohibited Redistributing, selling, transferring or lending all or part of the Product (including modified versions), whether for a fee or free of charge. This includes scripts, shaders, images, prefabs, color-variation background images and other parts taken out individually. Distributing or selling anything that contains or is based on the Product (Unity packages, world production data or templates, asset collections, etc.). Use of the Product by anyone other than the purchaser (when creating a world together, each person who handles the Product needs their own purchase). Using the Product on any service or platform other than VRChat. Claiming the Product, or a modified version, as your own creation. Creating join logs or other assets for the same purpose based on the Product and distributing or selling them (including tracing or recreating the Product). Using the Product for purposes that violate laws or public order and morals, or to attack or defame specific individuals or groups. Publishing a world that contains the Product on VRChat (including the data being delivered to visitors' devices) is not considered redistribution. 5. Information shown by the Product The Product shows the display names of players who joined or left the instance, and the times, to everyone in the same instance. The log is shared only within the instance through VRChat's synchronization. The Product does not send it to or store it on any external server. The log disappears when the instance ends. If you publish a world with the Product, please run it with consideration for your visitors, keeping in mind that this information is shown. 6. Credit Credit is optional. If you credit us, please write something like "Mellow Join Log / MousseRibbon". 7. Disclaimer The Product is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it is fit for any particular purpose, that it is free of defects, or that it will keep working in the future (it may stop working due to changes in VRChat, Unity, the VRChat SDK or UdonSharp). Depending on network conditions and other factors, join and leave records may be missing or their times may be off. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the log. The Shop is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Product, except where caused by the Shop's intent or gross negligence. 8. Violations If you violate these terms, the Shop may revoke your license. If your license is revoked, delete the Product and stop publishing any world that uses it. If a violation causes damage to the Shop, we may claim compensation. 9. Changes to these terms These terms may be changed. A copy of the Product obtained before a change remains subject to the terms in effect when you obtained it; however, changes that are favorable to users also apply to copies obtained before the change. 10.
