Being a few years off from when scene peaked, I watched a couple of video essays on the subculture while making this set for inspiration. I was awed by how united yet unapologetically expressive scene was. It was admirable to learn how people bonded over and expressed themselves through shared niche interests and explosively colorful fashion. The subculture's vibrant energy, unapologetic expression, and nonconformity inspired Chroma Surge. - PREVIEW CREDITS - Bases by @solivagance and @izoubar MME: Mashimashi, Sandman, Sarakale Rendered using MikuMikuDance Edited in Clip Studio Paint
