「arrow's webcamFT」（以下、本ソフトという」は、VRChat内にてオープンソースで公開されているプラグイン「VRCFaceTracking」に準拠したアバター向けフェイストラッキングアドオン用を想定しております。 本ソフトは、本来VRヘッドセット向けフェイストラッキング用アクセサリを必要としたフェイストラッキングをWebカメラで動かすためのソフトです。これにより、フェイストラッキングアクセサリがない人、フェイストラッキングのテスト等に使うことができます。

All rights reserved. 本規約は、arrow's webcamFT(同梱のプログラム、翻訳ファイル、ドキュメント、 アイコン等を含み、以下「本ソフトウェア」)の利用条件を定めるものです。 本ソフトウェアをダウンロード、インストールまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意 したものとみなします。 第1条(使用許諾) 1. 作者 矢っぱさん(以下「作者」)は、本ソフトウェアを正規に購入した方(以下「購入者」) に対し、購入者本人が個人として使用するための、譲渡不能かつ再許諾不能な 非独占的権利を許諾します。 2. 購入者は、本人が所有または管理するPCであれば、台数を問わずインストール して使用できます。 3. 本ソフトウェアを使ったVRChat等での活動、配信、動画・画像の制作および 公開は、商用・非商用を問わず自由に行えます(クレジット表記は任意です)。 4. 購入者は、自分自身で使用するためのプラグインを作成し、使用できます。 第2条(禁止事項) 購入者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。 (1) 本ソフトウェアの全部または一部を、有償・無償を問わず第三者へ再配布、 販売、転売、貸与、譲渡、共有すること(ファイル共有サービスやWebサイト 等へのアップロード、購入者以外の人への受け渡しを含みます) (2) 本ソフトウェアを改変したもの、または本ソフトウェアを含むものを配布 または販売すること (3) 本ソフトウェアのライセンスを第三者に使用させること(アカウントや購入 データの共有を含みます) (4) 本規約および著作権表示を削除または改変すること (5) 法令または公序良俗に反する目的で使用すること 第3条(同梱するオープンソース部品) 1. 本ソフトウェアには、PySide6(Qt)、MediaPipe、OpenCV、NumPy などの オープンソース部品が含まれます。これらには本規約ではなく、それぞれの ライセンス(同梱の THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md および licenses フォルダを参照) が適用されます。 2. 本規約のいかなる条項も、それらのライセンスが購入者に認める権利を制限 しません。特に、LGPL-3.0 で提供される PySide6 / Qt のライブラリについて、 購入者はこれを改変・差し替えて使用すること、およびその改変のデバッグに 必要なリバースエンジニアリングを行うことができます。 3. 「GPU (CUDA) コンポーネント」として購入者が追加でダウンロードする ONNX Runtime および NVIDIA の各ランタイムは、それぞれの提供元のライセンス に従います。 第4条(権利の帰属) 本ソフトウェアの著作権その他の知的財産権は作者に帰属します(第3条の部品を 除きます)。本規約は購入者に本ソフトウェアの使用を許諾するものであり、 権利を譲渡するものではありません。 第5条(無保証) 本ソフトウェアは現状のまま提供されます。作者は、本ソフトウェアに不具合が ないこと、特定の目的に適合すること、すべての環境・アバターで動作すること を保証しません。本ソフトウェアのプログラムおよびドキュメントは生成AIを活用 して作成されています。 第6条(免責) 作者は、本ソフトウェアの使用または使用できなかったことにより購入者に生じた 損害について、作者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。 作者が責任を負う場合でも、その範囲は購入者が本ソフトウェアに実際に支払った 金額を上限とします。 第7条(契約の終了) 購入者が本規約に違反した場合、作者は通知により本規約に基づく使用許諾を終了 できます。この場合、購入者は本ソフトウェアの使用をやめ、複製物をすべて削除 するものとします。 第8条(規約の変更) 作者は、本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ソフトウェアの 新しいバージョンへの同梱または販売ページへの掲載によって効力を生じます。 第9条(準拠法) 本規約は日本法に準拠します。 お問い合わせ: BOOTH https://arrow-program.booth.pm/ / X @8ppa3n ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- English translation (for reference only; the Japanese text above prevails) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- arrow's webcamFT End-User License Terms Copyright (c) 2026 arrow. All rights reserved. These terms govern the use of arrow's webcamFT, including its programs, translation files, documentation and icons (the "Software"). By downloading, installing or using the Software, you agree to these terms. 1. License 1) arrow (the "Author") grants the person who legitimately purchased the Software (the "Purchaser") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Software personally. 2) The Purchaser may install and use the Software on any number of PCs that the Purchaser owns or controls. 3) Using the Software for activities in VRChat and similar services, streaming, and creating and publishing videos or images is allowed, commercial or not (credit is optional). 4) The Purchaser may create and use plugins for their own use. 2. Prohibited acts The Purchaser must not: (1) redistribute, sell, resell, lend, transfer or share all or part of the Software with third parties, for a fee or free of charge (including uploading it to file-sharing services or websites, or handing it to anyone other than the Purchaser); (2) distribute or sell a modified version of the Software or anything that contains the Software; (3) let third parties use the Purchaser's license (including sharing accounts or purchase data); (4) remove or alter these terms or the copyright notices; (5) use the Software for unlawful purposes or against public order. 3. Bundled open-source components 1) The Software includes open-source components such as PySide6 (Qt), MediaPipe, OpenCV and NumPy. They are governed by their own licenses (see the bundled THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and the licenses folder), not by these terms. 2) Nothing in these terms limits the rights those licenses grant. In particular, for the PySide6 / Qt libraries provided under LGPL-3.0, the Purchaser may modify or replace them and may reverse-engineer as needed to debug such modifications. 3) ONNX Runtime and the NVIDIA runtimes that the Purchaser downloads as "GPU (CUDA) components" are governed by their providers' licenses. 4. Ownership The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Software belong to the Author (except for the components in section 3). These terms grant a right to use the Software and do not transfer any rights. 5. No warranty The Software is provided "as is". The Author does not warrant that it is free of defects, fit for a particular purpose, or works in every environment or with every avatar. The Software's programs and documentation were created with the help of generative AI. 6. Limitation of liability Except in cases of the Author's intent or gross negligence, the Author is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software. Where the Author is liable, liability is limited to the amount the Purchaser actually paid for the Software. 7. Termination If the Purchaser violates these terms, the Author may terminate this license by notice. The Purchaser must then stop using the Software and delete all copies. 8. Changes The Author may change these terms. Changed terms take effect when included with a new version of the Software or posted on the sales page. 9.
