■利用規約
・著作権は改変の有無に関わらず、牧村そらに帰属します。 ・商用利用やゲーム等に組み込む場合は「そらの創作箱」のクレジット表記をお願いします。（その他の場合は任意。使用報告不要） ✅️【許可事項】- OKなこと - ・商用利用（個人・法人問わず） ・SNS、動画、配信、VRサービス、VRoid以外の3Dモデルやアプリやソフトウェア、ゲーム、本、グッズ、アバター活動等での使用 ・データ改変 ・性的・暴力的表現、R-18・R-18Gでの使用 ・当ショップから購入またはダウンロードした方同士のデータ共有 ・他の人が利用またはダウンロードできない設定でのVRoid Hub等へのアップロード、公開 ・データを安易に取り出せない状態でのゲームやアプリ等への組み込み 🚫【禁止事項】 ・作者を偽る行為（作者以外が作ったと誤解を招く行為を含む） ・再配布・販売（改変データ、データを使用した3Dモデルを含む） ・政治・宗教・反社会的活動・誹謗中傷行為への使用、法律や公序良俗に反する使用 📄【免責事項】 ・購入・ダウンロードした時点で規約に同意したものとみなします。 ・ダウンロード・使用によるトラブル等には一切責任を負いかねます。 ・ダウンロード商品の性質上、返金・返品には対応しておりません。 ・商品内容や規約の変更、配布・販売の停止等は予告なく行う場合があります。 2023年8月7日 改定
