This is a simple Particle pack of different types of punch effects. You've got one for bloody punches, metalic punches, regular punches, punches with some dust coming up from the force, concrete/rock punch. All in one little pack. You need mochi particles which is free to get. For animating the punches on and off just toggle the Ghost Particle on and off for the desired effect.
