If you have a favorite character, feel free to order them together! If you have any questions regarding defective items or the contents of distributed products, please contact us first through our circle's Discord: https://discord.gg/r3smKXAX4P Additional Notes: The surface of the acrylic stand is covered with a protective film. Please be sure to remove it before displaying the item. During transportation from the factory, 10 units are first packed into a small box, which is then placed into a larger cardboard box. Occasionally, tape may be affixed to the OPP bag; we kindly ask for your understanding. Additionally, please note that slight creases on the backing card are still considered acceptable. If you find any scratches on the acrylic body after removing the protective film, please contact us via Discord. We will provide replacement support. Regarding double-suede tapestries, please note that due to the wrapped-rod design, slight misalignment of the insertion points may occasionally occur during the manual assembly process at the factory. This may result in minor bending, which can usually be adjusted. From my experience, issues like stitching misalignment have not occurred. However, if this is a concern, we recommend choosing tapestries with a clamp-rod design instead of the wrapped-rod design and refraining from purchasing double-suede tapestries. If there are any issues with the product, please feel free to contact me directly, in addition to reaching out via BOOTH. ◇International shipping is available.
