This is an entry in a new series of assets I am offering, the "Elemental Overlay" Series! This will be a set of basic overlay setups for aspiring VTubers to use, either permanently or until they get one more personalized. This one is themed around the Lightning element, so if you have a model or scenario that can make use of it, feel free to take it for a spin! This version is free, but I am planning to release a separate "EX" version with animated background elements for a small fee.
