▼ Purchase instructions
The Applier must be an ADULT, and take the responsibility for their own choice. Once applier filled up the form, that meant the adult conditions for purchase were confirmed. Refunds will not be accepted after the tour due to non-attributable factors. Please understand that individual dolls cannot be completely copied, there are some individual differences. Perfectionists, please consider this carefully. It is forbidden to resell at a higher price or pack dolls to exchange with other dolls. In addition, transfer registration will not be accepted . ▼ Defect identification
(although the extra 10% dolls have been prepared as a replacement, the mass product cannot be guaranteed to be a 100% copy; please understand the following) General factory flaws: the embroidery is sparse, the thread is slightly off, the position is slightly off, and so on; in theory, it may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Major flaws include holes, severe stitching, embroidery, or printing patterns that are widely misaligned, discolored, or otherwise missing. You can ask for a replacement. If the number of defects exceeds 10%, we will negotiate with the factory to reissue, and if this is not possible, we'll exchange in the order of replacement. Those who are unable to exchange the defect will be refunded in full after returning it. If there is still a margin after the replacement of the heavy defect, the general factory defect will be allowed to apply for replacement (the costs are at your own expense).
▼ Risk
The duration will take about 60 working-days(or more), and counting down since the factory received the sample. If there's a delay, defect or short delivery of the bulk goods due to the factors at the factory, Please understand that the designer and the group members bear the same risk, and in any of the above-mentioned circumstances, we will try our best to fight for relevant rights and interests. Some situations, however, it still might not be refunded or completed.

After production is complete, it still takes 2 to 3 weeks for transshipment(Factory → me). I'll shipped the dolls by EZPost (https://reurl.cc/V8GexN), and It will cost 7-10 days from Taiwan to Japan.
