Download the PNG attached, import it on the layer above the body template. I haven't tested with different body types/measurements/etc, so I don't know how it works on them. Since it's a PNG, you can put it into a drawing program and move them around to fit your avatar. If you only want one of the tats, just erase the one you don't want to keep. They are a separate layer from the skin, so it won't affect your avatar. Credit preferred but not required.
