オリジナル3Dモデル「樹木インテリア」を購入された時点で本利用規約に同意したものとさせていただきます。 本利用規約の内容は変更される場合があり、変更された場合は最新のものが適応されます。 オリジナル3Dモデル「樹木インテリア」（以下、本モデル）の著作権は、制作者 Kamata が保持し、改変済みやモデルの一部のみでも、本モデル制作者 Kamata に帰属するものとします。 ・著作権 著作権侵害は犯罪であり、被害者である著作権者が告訴することで侵害者を処罰することができます（親告罪）。 著作権、出版権、著作隣接権の侵害は、10年以下の懲役又は1000万円以下の罰金などが定められています。 本モデルのデータを一部でも転用したもの、リトポロジー、模写等、データ転用をしていなくても類似性が極めて高いと認められるものを自身の著作物として配布することは有償、無償問わず禁止いたします。 ・商業利用 金銭的な利益が発生するすべての配信、ゲーム制作、アニメーション制作などでの利用を制限いたしません。 なお、R-18・R-18Gへの利用は制限しておりません。 公開する場合は個人の責任のもと、法律に基づきお願いいたします。 VRChatのペデスタルや、Clone Avatarなど購入者以外が本モデルを利用可能にする行為は禁止します。 また、特定の個人や団体への誹謗中傷、政治、宗教活動を目的とした利用を禁止します。 By purchasing an original 3D model “Tree Interior”, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
