利用規約
【禁止事項】 ・Vocoflexの規約違反にあたる行為 ・作曲以外でのプリセットの利用(曲中の掛け声やセリフ等はOK) ・音源の名前を表記せずに投稿 ・宗教的利用(讃美歌等を歌わせるのはOK) ・政治的利用 ・犯罪的利用 ・AI等での学習・ディープランニング等 ・再配布 ・自作発言 ・キャラクターのイメージを著しく損ねる表現 ・なりきりアカウント等の作成、他キャラのCVとしての使用 ・他者の権利を侵害する、または侵害する恐れのある悪意ある使用 【許諾事項】 ・当プリセットを使用した作品の動画投稿サービス・SNS・UTALOADER等への投稿 ・個人製作での利用(非商用・CD頒布や収益を得ることができるサブスク等の商用どちらも) ・他音源との使用(相手側の音源の利用規約も確認すること) ・キャラクターの二次創作 ・カップリング・同性愛・夢表現(人を選ぶ表現のものはゾーニングすること) ・R-15・R-18利用・R-15G・R-18G利用(必ずゾーニングすること) ・著作者が関わっていない場面での個人間による金銭の発生する依頼(イラストや調声の依頼等) 【要連絡】 ・企業での利用 【免責事項】 ・当プリセットを使用したことで生じたいかなるトラブルに対して著作者は一切の責任を負いません。 ・利用規約の内容は予告なく変更されることがあります。 2026/2/28 発効 何かあれば以下のSNSアカウントに連絡をお願い致します。 Bluesky…@alubi1120.bsky.social X…@alubi0601(未成年非推奨)

Effective Date: March 13, 2026 【Prohibited Actions】 ・Any actions that violate the Vocoflex Terms of Service. ・Use of the preset for purposes other than music composition (shouts, lines, or dialogue within a song are permitted). ・Posting content without crediting the name of the sound source/voicebank. ・Religious use (performance of hymns or sacred music is permitted). ・Political use. ・Criminal or illegal use. ・Use for AI training, deep learning, or similar technologies. ・Redistribution of the preset. ・Claiming the preset as your own creation (false authorship). ・Expressions that significantly damage the character's image. ・Creating "roleplay" accounts or using the preset as the voice for other existing characters. ・Malicious use that infringes upon, or risks infringing upon, the rights of others. 【Permitted Actions】 ・Posting works created with this preset to video sharing services, SNS, UTALOADER, etc. ・Personal use (both non-commercial and commercial, such as CD distribution or monetized streaming services). ・Use alongside other sound sources (please check the terms of use for the other party's sound source as well). ・Secondary creations (fan art/fan fiction) of the character. ・Couplings, same-sex romance, and "Dream" (self-insert) expressions (please use appropriate content warnings/zoning for sensitive material). ・R-15, R-18, R-15G, and R-18G content (strict zoning/age-rating tags are mandatory). ・Private commissions involving monetary exchange between individuals where the original author is not involved (e.g., commissioning illustrations or vocal tuning). 【Contact Required】 ・Corporate/Enterprise use: Please contact the author beforehand. 【Disclaimer】 ・The author assumes no responsibility for any trouble or damages arising from the use of this preset. ・The contents of these Terms of Use are subject to change without prior notice.
