No Merchandising: Commercial use for creating physical or digital merchandise to re-sell (such as prints, stickers, pins, or modified digital files) is strictly prohibited. Strict AI Prohibition (No AI Training): It is strictly prohibited to use any of my final products, renders, concepts, or assets for the purpose of training, feeding, fine-tuning, or developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, machine learning algorithms, or generative software. Intellectual Property & Portfolio: Credit is appreciated but not mandatory. By default, I reserve the right to display these assets in my professional portfolio for promotional purposes. No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be issued after download.
