・個人、法人問わず商用利用が可能です。 ・一部に柄テクスチャを使用したイラストやデザインのグッズ、バーチャルファッションのマテリアルとしての販売が可能です。 ※注意事項あり ・サイズ変更や色の変更などの原型を留める程度の改変を許可します。改変している場合は販売ページなどにその旨を記載してください （改変の有無に関わらず著作権はkiitoayaにあります） 【EN】―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― ・Commercial use is allowed for both individuals and corporations. ・Illustrations and designs that use some of the pattern textures can be sold as goods or virtual fashion materials. *With a caveat. ・Alteration to the extent that the original form is retained, such as size change or color change, is permitted. ・有償無償問わずそのままのデータを再配布すること ・ストックサイトなどへの登録 ・購入者以外の第三者がデータそのままを利用可能な状態でのアップロード ・個人、法人問わずデータそのままをグッズにして販売すること (データをただ印刷したデザインペーパーや、柄をメインにしたスマホケースやクリアファイルなどの雑貨等がこれにあたります) ・公序良俗に反するコンテンツでの使用や政治的な意味を持たせること 【EN】―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― ・Redistribution of the data as it is, regardless of whether it is paid for or free of charge ・Registering data on stock sites. ・Uploading data that can be used by third parties other than the purchaser. ・Selling the data as-is as merchandise, regardless of whether you are an individual or a corporation. 【商用利用する場合の条件・注意事項 / Conditions and precautions for commercial use】
・第三者が柄テクスチャ部分を取り出して使用可能な状態にしないでください (バーチャルファッションアイテムにおいては影レイヤーなどを統合し、柄テクスチャ部分だけをもともとの状態で取り出せない形であれば販売アイテムに組み込むことを許可します) ・柄テクスチャがメインではない状態で作品に組み込んだものを販売することを許可します (Vtuberさんなどがメインに写っている待ち受けなどの背景に使用し、それらを有償で配布するなど) ・販売ページには可能な限りクレジットの記載をお願いします 【EN】―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― ・Do not make the patterned texture part of the item available to third parties. (In the case of virtual fashion items, we will allow you to integrate a shadow layer, etc. into the item for sale, as long as only the patterned texture cannot be removed in its original state.) ・I give you permission to sell the textures incorporated into your work in a state where the pattern texture is not the main part of the work.
