You may: * Create unlimited personal characters * Create your own VTuber or VRoid avatars * Use them in monetised streams, videos and social media * Create promotional artwork and renders * Use the assets in games, visual novels and commercial projects you own * Edit, recolour, customise and combine the assets You may not: * Create paid models for clients * Offer commissions using the assets * Sell premade models or adoptable characters * Create models for general resale --- COMMISSION CREATOR LICENCE Includes everything permitted by the Creator Licence, plus permission to: * Create custom VRoid models for paying clients * Use the assets in a VRoid commission service * Deliver completed commissioned characters * Create commissions for multiple individual clients Clients may use their completed character for VTubing, streaming, videos, social media and other agreed purposes. Only the licence holder may access the original Vault source files. You may not: * Sell premade models or adoptables * Create models for general resale * Give clients access to the complete library * Provide reusable or editable copies of the original assets Clients receive a completed character—not permission to extract, redistribute or independently reuse the original Aquarian_TTV assets. --- PROFESSIONAL MODEL SELLER LICENCE Includes everything permitted by the Creator and Commission Creator Licences, plus permission to: * Operate a VRoid commission service * Create and sell premade VRoid models * Create and sell adoptable characters * Create finished models for general resale * Sell multiple original character designs made using the library Customers may use purchased characters according to your own terms. This licence permits the sale of original finished character designs. It does not permit resale of the asset library or individual included assets. --- INCLUDED WITH EVERY LICENCE Every variation includes the complete Vault, featuring: * Male and female skin textures * Fantasy skins, gradients and elemental effects * Scars, tattoos, dirt, burns and body markings * Anime, demon, dragon, cat and elemental eyes * Pupils, sclera, highlights and eyeliners * Animal ears, tails, fur and body textures * Clothing, bodysuits, hoodies and complete outfits * Shoes, gloves, stockings and accessories * Hair textures and colour gradients * Wings, glasses, hats and flower crowns * Customisable models and starter characters Files include a mixture of PNG textures, VRoid Custom Items and VRoid models, depending on the pack. Designed primarily for VRoid Studio. --- PROHIBITED WITH EVERY LICENCE Regardless of your licence, you may not: * Resell or redistribute original textures or source files * Sell Aquarian_TTV assets as standalone products * Share the library with clients, customers or other creators * Upload or distribute the source files elsewhere * Sell lightly modified versions of the assets * Include them in another texture, asset or resource pack * Use them to create competing asset packs * Allow others to extract or redistribute the source assets * Claim ownership or copyright over the original assets Assets may be used in a finished game, video, VTuber model, VRM, render or other completed project, provided the source files are not available for extraction or redistribution. --- SINGLE-USER LICENCE Every licence is granted only to the individual purchaser. Source files may not be shared with friends, collaborators, team members, clients, customers or other creators. Anyone needing direct access to the source assets must purchase their own licence. --- CREDIT Credit is appreciated but not required. Clients and customers are not required to credit Aquarian_TTV when using a permitted completed model.
