A Quiet Moment for You Free coloring pages
- Digital0 JPY

When I was staying in the hospital with my child, it was incredibly difficult. I was constantly on edge. There was hardly any time or place to cry, and I desperately wanted even a few moments when I could empty my mind and simply feel at ease. Looking back, I wish I had had some adult coloring pages with me back then. But I was so overwhelmed that even spending money on something like that felt like an unnecessary luxury. So I decided to create something I wish I had had at the time: **“Coloring pages for caregivers — just 5 minutes when you don’t have to think about anything else.”** Even if it’s only for five minutes, I hope that while you’re coloring, you can escape into a little different world. If you are staying in the hospital with your child or a loved one, please feel free to use these coloring pages. I hope they give you even a small moment to rest, breathe, and feel a little more at peace.
