They must purchase the "Corporate License" (one license required per corporation, no limit on PCs within the same corporation). -------------------------------------------------- 【許諾の範囲】（Allowed Uses） 購入されたライセンスの形態（通常 / 商業利用 / 法人）に応じて、以下の用途にご利用いただけます。 Available uses depend on the type of license purchased (Standard / Commercial Use / Corporate). ▼ 通常ライセンス（Standard License）※個人専用 / For Individuals Only ・テクスチャの改変・調整 Modification and adjustment of textures. ・VRoid Studio以外（Blender、Unityなど）での使用 Use in software other than VRoid Studio (e.g., Blender, Unity). ・動画配信・収益化（※1） Video streaming and monetization (*1). ・VRChat等のVRプラットフォーム利用（※2） Use on VR platforms such as VRChat (*2). ▼ 商業利用ライセンス（Commercial Use License）※個人専用 / For Individuals Only ・個人のクリエイターによる、ゲーム・アプリ内、アバター販売などの特定の商業利用（※3） Specific commercial uses by individual creators, such as within games/applications or for selling finished models (*3). ▼ 法人フルライセンス（Corporate License）※法人・団体専用 / For Corporations & Organizations ・法人・団体における、すべての許諾範囲（通常ライセンス項目 ＋ 商業利用項目）の利用。 All permitted uses (including both Standard and Commercial use items) for corporations and organizations. -------------------------------------------------- （※1）動画配信・収益化について / Video Streaming & Monetization 本テクスチャを使用したモデルでの動画配信、SNS投稿、および動画の収益化（YouTube等）は、「通常ライセンス（基本料金）」の範囲として追加料金なしで許可します。 Streaming, social media posting, and monetization (e.g., YouTube) using models with this texture are permitted under the "Standard License" at no additional cost. （※2）VRプラットフォーム利用について / VR Platform Use プライベート設定（本人個人のみが使用できる状態）でのアップロードに限り、通常ライセンスで利用可能です。 Uploading is permitted under the Standard License ONLY for private settings (accessible only to the purchaser). （※3）商業利用ライセンスが必要なケース / Cases Requiring a Commercial Use License ゲーム、アプリ、その他特定の商業利用を行う場合は、別途「商業利用ライセンス（商業利用料）」の購入が必要です。 For games, applications, or other specific commercial uses, you must purchase a separate "Commercial Use License." ◆ アプリ・ゲームへの組み込み： 本テクスチャ（データそのもの）をゲームやアプリ内に素材として組み込んで販売・配信する場合は、必ず「商業利用ライセンス」を合わせてご購入ください。 ※動画内のテロップ（画像）や、完全に画像・動画化した状態（データがそのまま抽出できない状態）でゲーム内に使用する場合は「通常ライセンス」で問題ありません。 ◆ Integration into Apps/Games: If you integrate the texture files directly into a game or app for distribution or sale, you must purchase the "Commercial Use License." *Using it for elements completely converted into images or videos (where data cannot be extracted), such as subtitles or backgrounds, is permitted under the Standard License. ◆ VRChat等でのサードパーティ利用： パブリック設定でのアップロード、アバターペデスタルへの設置、その他「購入者以外の第三者が利用できる状態」にする場合は、必ず「商業利用ライセンス」をご購入ください。 ◆ Third-Party Use on VRChat, etc.: If you upload with a public setting, place it on an avatar pedestal, or make it accessible/copyable for third parties, you must purchase the "Commercial Use License." ◆ モデルの有償販売・制作代行： 本テクスチャを使った完成品モデルを、有償で販売・制作代行（コミッション等）する場合は、「商業利用ライセンス」をご購入ください。 ◆ Paid Sale & Commission of Finished Models: If you sell finished models using this texture or create them for paid commissions, you must purchase the "Commercial Use License" even as an individual. -------------------------------------------------- 【クレジット表記について】（Credit Notation） 購入されたライセンス形態によって変わります。 Depends on the purchased license type. ● 通常ライセンス（個人・商用動画など）：【 必須 】 本データを使用したモデルを公開・配信する際は、必ずクレジット表記をお願いいたします。 また、MMDなどに使用する際は、クレジットと併せてニコニ・コモンズ（nc302999）のコンテンツツリー登録もお願いいたします。 ● Standard License (Personal / Commercial Videos, etc.): [ MANDATORY ] Credit notation is strictly required when publishing or streaming models using this data.
