織上カードと、検反を終えた反の実測記録。 一つずつ見比べていると、「この反は何メートル違ったかな」「こちらはまだ測っていなかったかな」と、手が止まることはありませんか。 「織物工場の反別 検反長差確認表」は、絹・人絹織物工場で検反の記録を担当する方に向けて企画した、Excelの確認表です。 1つの製織ロット・同一品番を対象に、反ごとの長さの違いと、まだ測定していない反を同じシートで確認できるようにすることを目指しています。 使う場面は、織上カードの内容を登録し、検反後の実測長を追記するとき。 ロットIDや品番、反番号、織上記録長、検反実測長、測定日、原記録の参照先を入力し、記録長と実測長が揃った反の差を確認する設計です。 たとえば、織上記録長が50.0m、実測長が49.6mの反Aなら、長さの差は－0.4m。 実測長が空欄の反Bは、0mとして計算せず、未測定として区別します。 反Aの実測長に誤記があり、49.8mへ直した場合は、同じ行の訂正から差が－0.2mに変わる、という使い方を想定しています。 ※数値は使い方をイメージするための架空例です。 差を暗算し直したり、測定待ちの反を探し直したりする手間を、少しでも軽く。 原記録を手元に置きながら、「長さを確認できた反」と「これから測る反」を整理し、次の確認へ進みやすくするための一枚です。 確認はExcelの画面上で行う想定です。 長さの差だけで不良や請求減額を判断するものではなく、疵判定や在庫・請求との連携、印刷用帳票は対象に含みません。 現在は企画段階のため、実際の使い勝手や作業時間の短縮効果は未検証です。 お仕事の依頼は下記メールまで ramaya08010801@gmail.com You're checking the weaving cards after fabric inspection, working through a lot of silk or rayon fabric, one roll at a time. Each roll has a recorded length and a measurement to compare. It's a small task, but when some rolls are still waiting to be measured, keeping track can take more attention than you expected. The Fabric Roll Inspection Length Comparison Sheet is an Excel template designed to give that routine a little more clarity. It brings together one weaving lot and one item code, with one row per roll and all lengths in metres. Enter the lot ID, item code, roll numbers, recorded and measured lengths, measurement dates, and source references, then review the differences on the same sheet. Imagine Roll A has a recorded length of 50.0 m and a measured length of 49.6 m. The difference is -0.4 m. Roll B has no measurement yet, so it is identified as unmeasured rather than treated as zero. If you discover that Roll A's measurement should be 49.8 m, you can correct that entry in the same row and the difference becomes -0.2 m. These are fictional examples, but they show how a correction fits into the everyday flow of checking your records. With each roll's length difference and the unmeasured rolls together, you have a clearer place to look when deciding what to check next. The template is intended to reduce repeated arithmetic and searching through records, with results reviewed on screen in Excel. Its focus is simply length comparison: a difference does not, by itself, mean a fabric defect or a billing adjustment.
