This includes but is not limited to things such as editing the textures, meshes, armature, shape keys and blend shapes, adding or removing accessories, converting the file type for compatibility etc. You may not edit or use the models in any way which portrays homophobic, transphobic, racist, ableist or otherwise hateful and bigoted ideas and messages. You may not feed any of the model’s data to generative ai. This includes providing training data using images or any part of the model data as well as using, modifying, or enhancing any images or part of the models using generative ai. ==**Violence, Bigotry, Hateful and Sexually Explicit Content**== You may freely assign the avatars a personality. You may not, however, use them in excessively violent content and messaging, content and messaging which is homophobic, transphobic, racist, ableist or otherwise hateful, or content and messaging which is sexually explicit or implicit. ==**Commercial Use and Merchandising**== Only the Peronal Use License is included in the base price of this purchase. This means you may only use the models for peronal use without monetary gain, for example as a personal game avatar. To use the models for monetized content such as monetized social media content, streaming and thumbnails you must have purchased the Commercial Use Liscence. With the commercial use liscence you may NOT use the models to create and sell merchandize. This means you may not use images of the model itself for things such as art prints, keychains, standees, etc.The Merchandising License includes the Commercial Use License and allows you to create and sell merchandize as described above. You may NOT resell the model or any of its data as is or in modified form. ==**Artist Credits**== You are required to credit all involved artists at all times. This includes the original artist behind the character’s designs. On social media pages or games using the models as the main avatar this can happen in the description, bio, or a publicly available and easily accessible linked site. On pages and projects that do not primarily focus on the models, such as games and animations including other models, you must credit all involved artists in the description and credits. ==**Payment and Refunds**== A purchase on Lumenweft's storefront is a non re-fundable. It is your responsibility to make sure that whichever software you wish to use the models on is compatible with the VRM0 or VRM1 file format or that you have access to tools to make it compatible. Failure to do so is not a valid reason to receive a refund. ==**Bugs and Other Issues**== Please report any bugs and issues you may find. Customers who have already purchased a model are elligable to receive an updated version for free upon request. Please keep in mind that, unless severe, any potential bug fixes will not happen immeadiately after submission but in regular increments. ==**Disclaimer**== The files as delivered after purchase are the same model files as used in any media or showcase regarding the respective model.
