Custom options include lever/leverless layouts, custom button placement, 24mm/30mm buttons, additional buttons, case sizes and designs, top panel materials, mechanical switches, LED lighting / illuminated buttons, colors, and different platform configurations. Customer-supplied parts such as buttons and levers may also be used depending on the build. PC / PS5 / PS4 / Nintendo Switch support is available depending on the configuration. Prices vary depending on the specifications. Please contact us through BOOTH with your preferred layout, platform and budget. We will confirm the specifications, feasibility, price and estimated lead time. Once everything is confirmed, we will prepare an order listing for your build. International customers may order through supported BOOTH proxy purchasing services. 1-Year Warranty & Repair Support For defects or failures occurring under normal use within one year, repair labor, replacement parts, and return shipping from LUOLIN DEVICE to the customer are covered by us. Customers are responsible only for the shipping cost when sending the product to us. After the first year, customers are responsible for shipping the product to us and any required replacement parts. Repair labor and return shipping from LUOLIN DEVICE to the customer remain free. Initial defects or products that differ from the confirmed order specifications will be handled at our expense, including shipping.
