Pick the environment in the Environment asset's "Source" and add a "Room Color" asset to change the color and day/night (or use the "Set Room Color" blueprint node). ■ How it was made The textures of the paintings on the walls (gallery frames and prints) were made from locally generated AI images and edited by the artist. Some props started from AI-generated 3D shape drafts that the artist cleaned up and corrected. AI images were also used as design references. Unlucky 3D環境データ 利用規約（v1.1・2026年10月） 1. 適用範囲：本規約は、Unlucky（unlucky.booth.pm）が販売・配布する3D環境データ（モデル・テクスチャ・シェーダー・シーン・Warudoファイル等、以下「データ」）に適用されます。データをダウンロードした時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。 2. ライセンス：購入者ご本人に、譲渡不可・非独占の使用権を許諾します。著作権はUnluckyに帰属します。 3. 許可する利用 - VTuber・配信者（個人・企業所属を問わず）の配信、動画、写真、サムネイルの背景としての利用（収益化を含む） - VRChatワールドとしてのアップロード（Public・Private可）。ワールド説明欄に「Environment by Unlucky」の記載を推奨します。 - 本環境内での改変・色変更・小物の追加・再配置 - 配信・動画などの成果物（データそのものではなく映像）の販売・配布 4. 禁止事項 - データまたはその一部（モデル・テクスチャ単体を含む）の再配布・再販売・共有。改変後のデータも同様です。 - データを他のアセット・商品に含めて販売・配布すること - データの一部（モデル・テクスチャ等）を取り出し、本環境以外のワールド・プロジェクト・コンテンツで使用すること（ご自身の利用を含む） - データを生成AI・機械学習の学習・追加学習に使用すること - ご自身の制作物であるかのように表示すること - 公序良俗に反する、または特定の個人・団体を誹謗中傷するコンテンツへの利用 5. 共同利用：コラボ配信などで複数人が同じ背景を使う場合、データを読み込む方はそれぞれ1点ずつご購入ください。画面共有を受けるだけの参加者は購入不要です。 6. 企業・法人での利用：企業所属VTuberや法人チャンネルも、個人と同じ条件で配信背景としてご利用いただけます（データを読み込む方1名につき1点）。ただし、ゲーム・映像など他の制作物のアセットとして組み込むことは4の禁止事項にあたります。必要な場合はお問い合わせください。 7. 生成AIの使用について：本データの一部テクスチャは、生成AI（ローカル画像生成）で作成した画像を作者が加工したものです。一部の小物は、生成AIで作成した3D形状の下書きを作者が整理・補正しています。配置・ライティングとその他のモデリングは作者が行っています。 8. 免責：データの利用により生じた損害について、作者は責任を負いません。ソフトウェア（Warudo・VRChat・Unity）のアップデートにより動作が変わる場合があります。 9. 返金：デジタル商品のため、購入後の返金はお受けしておりません。ファイルの破損・欠落はメッセージでご連絡ください。Warudo版とVRChat版の買い間違いも返金対象外ですので、ご購入前にバリエーションをご確認ください。 10. 規約の変更：本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。購入時点の規約が適用されます。 11. お問い合わせ：BOOTHメッセージ または X @unlucky3d ============================================================ Unlucky 3D Environment Data — Terms of Use (v1.1, Oct 2026) 1. Scope: These terms apply to 3D environment data sold or distributed by Unlucky (unlucky.booth.pm), including models, textures, shaders, scenes and Warudo files ("Data"). By downloading the Data you agree to these terms. 2. License: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own use. Copyright remains with Unlucky. 3. You may - Use the Data as a background in streams, videos, photos and thumbnails by VTubers and streamers (independent or agency-affiliated), including monetized content - Upload it as a VRChat world (Public or Private). Crediting "Environment by Unlucky" in the world description is appreciated. - Modify, recolor, add props to or rearrange it within this environment - Sell or distribute the resulting streams and videos (the footage, not the Data) 4. You may not - Redistribute, resell or share the Data or any part of it (including individual models or textures), modified or not - Include the Data in other assets or products for sale or distribution - Extract any part of the Data (models, textures, etc.) for use in any world, project or content other than this environment (including personal use) - Use the Data to train or fine-tune generative AI or machine-learning models - Claim the Data as your own work - Use it in content that is offensive or that defames any person or group 5. Collaborations: Everyone who loads the Data in their own software needs their own copy. Guests who only appear on a shared screen do not. 6. Corporate use: Agency-affiliated VTubers and company channels may use the Data as a stream background under the same terms as individuals (one copy per person who loads the Data). Using it as an asset inside other productions such as games or films is prohibited under section 4; contact us if you need this. 7. Generative AI disclosure: Some textures were created from locally generated AI images and then edited by the artist. Disclaimer: The artist is not liable for any damage arising from use of the Data. Behavior may change with Warudo, VRChat or Unity updates. 9. Refunds: Digital items are non-refundable. Contact us via message for corrupted or missing files. Buying the wrong version (Warudo vs VRChat) is not refundable, so please check the variation before purchase. 10.
