© 2018 NEKOMIPRODUCTION. 特記事項に記入が有る場合そちらが優先されます。 ■規約特記事項 ・商用：可 ・二次配布：不可 ・改変：可 ・アダルト、性的コンテンツへの利用：可 ・購入者本人以外がアバターとして利用できる様にする行為：不可 ・当モデルがアバターの場合：着せられる服に対して当モデルのウェイトを転写し販売、及び個人利用する行為：可 ・本内容の一部、または全てに対して加筆、改変（手を加えた）後の有償無償問わず配布する行為：不可 ・本内容の一部、または全てを自作として有償、無償問わず配布する行為：禁止 ・宗教、政治関連、反社会組織、反社会的勢力への利用:不可 ・本同封データをゲーム内オブジェクト、アバター、インテリアとしての利用、各同人作品、動画作品、ゲームへの利用で使用し、そのゲームや同人作品を無償・有償問わず配布する行為：可（モデルデータとして再度使用できる状態のデータが含まれる場合を除く【例：VRchatではアバターペデスタル等、に導入する行為】） ・人権、人格を与える行為：可 ■Terms of Service ・ Commercial use: Allowed ・ Redistribution: Not allowed ・ Modification: Allowed ・ Use for adult content: Allowed ・ Making the avatar available to someone other than the buyer: Not allowed ・ Distributing parts of, or the whole model(s) after any revisions, modifications (adjustments), whether it's paid or free: Not allowed ・ Distributing parts of, or the whole model(s) as one's work, whether it's paid or free: Prohibited ・ Using the model(s) to represent or express any religions, politics, anti-social organizations, or anti-social movements: Not allowed ・ Using the enclosed data and model(s) for use as in-game objects, avatars, or interiors in softwares, videos, or games, and distributing the software, video, and games, whether it's paid or free: Allowed (Unless it contains data that can be used again as model data [e.g. Making an avatar pedestal in VRChat]) ・ Giving human rights or personality to the model(s): Allowed ■補足 上記以外の方法での利用を行う場合、連絡が有った場合ごく稀に許可する場合も有ります。その際は特殊ライセンスが発行されます。ライセンスは規約違反を行っているか否かの確認として利用します。 上記以外の方法での利用に際し、転用、流用したものの直接利用できる形での販売が開始され、こちらで証拠を押さえた場合は即座に公開と、販売会社に問い合わせを行い、必要であれば法的手続きを取りますので、今心当たりのある方は販売前に止めておくことをお勧めいたします。また著作権の侵害にも該当します。 ※著作権侵害は犯罪であり、被害者である著作権者が告訴することで侵害者を処罰することができます（親告罪）。 著作権、出版権、著作隣接権の侵害は、10年以下の懲役又は1000万円以下の罰金などが定めれれています。 ・当データを用いて起きたいかなる事象に対する責任は電脳のノラタマ、及び関係客員は追わない事に同意するものとします。ショップ内の全てのデータは自己責任で使用する事に同意します。当データを利用に際し、電脳屋、及び関係者は利用者にどの様な不利益が生じようと責任は負わないものとします。 ・当データを使用するには、18歳以上でなければなりません。このサービスを利用するに当たっては、契約を締結するための法的能力があることを保証するものとします。 ・法的合意、法律、規則、規約、またはポリシーに違反するショップのデータを時折発見することがあります。このような場合、電脳のノラタマ及び関係客員は、独自の裁量で、その資産があなたの支配下にあるコンピュータまたは他の機器から削除されることを要求する権利を保持し、そのような要求に迅速に従うことに同意します。 ・当データ（ソフトウェア、画像、写真、アニメーション、グラフィックス、3Dグラフィックス、ビデオ、オーディオ、音楽、テキスト、チュートリアル、および資産に組み込まれた「アプレット」を含むがこれらに限定されない）の資産および資産に対するすべてのタイトルおよび知的財産権、付随する印刷物、および資産のコピーは、電脳のノラタマ及び関係客員によって所有されています。明示的に付与されていないすべての権利は、電脳のノラタマ及び関係客員に留保されます。 ■Supplementary Terms If you want to use the model(s) in other ways mentioned above, in rare cases, it might be allowed after you contacted the creator (Dennou Noratama). In that case, a special license will be issued. The license will be used to check whether the users have violated the terms or not. In case of using the model(s) in other ways mentioned above, especially reselling, once we obtained the evidence, we will make it public immediately, contact the concerned sales company, and if necessary, we will take legal procedures. So, if you have any idea, we recommend you to stop it before selling. It is also a violation of copyright. Copyright infringement is a crime, and the copyright owner, who is the victim, can prosecute the infringer by filing a complaint. For infringement of copyrights, publishing rights and neighboring rights, imprisonment of 10 years or less or a fine of 10 million yen or less are stipulated in Japan. ・ You (user) agree that the creator (Dennou Noratama) will not be held responsible for any events that occur while you're using the data. You agree to use all the model data distributed on the shop (Booth) at your own responsibility. By using this data, the creator and related parties shall not be liable for any disadvantage to the users. ・ You (user) must be at least 18 years old to use this data. In using this service, you must ensure that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your countries. ・ There are cases where we might occasionally find shops that violates the creator's (Dennou Noratama) legal agreements, laws, rules, terms, or policies. In such cases, the creator, and related parties deserves the right, at their discretion, to ask you to remove any assets or data in your computer or any other devices under your control. You're expected to comply promptly with such request. ・ All titles, intellectual property rights, associated publications, and copies of the assets in the included data (Including but not limited to: softwares, images, photographs, animations, graphics, 3D graphics, videos, audios, musics, texts, tutorials, and "applets" embedded in the assets, etc.) are the property of the creator (Dennou Noratama) and related parties. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to the creator and their related parties. ・ If there is a difference between the Terms of Use in Japanese and the Terms of Use in English, due to the translation, the Japanese Terms of Use will be the correct one 翻訳協力@wakabatandesu
