Known defects
If the app does not start or freezes on a white screen: Try "Starting the app in administrator mode" and "Starting in compatibility mode". (This phenomenon is more likely to occur on Windows 10. It may be due to a security issue when acquiring camera information, and it seems to have been fixed in Windows 11.) How to use compatibility mode: Right-click the executable file -> Properties -> Compatibility tab -> Compatibility mode. Check Run this program in compatibility mode.
