Having dispatched eight of the ten Rank B agents sent to detain her, it was ordered the entity be placed in High 1 Center. However, H1C is deep cleaning from the 'Rot of Moth and Soil'. No one is allowed into H1C until further notice. The being is highly temperamental, only giving what it claims is its name before lunging at an agent. 'Clairest The Indefeasible' was discovered after a conductor reported their cargo train had hit something large enough to derail it. The conductor states they saw nothing on the tracks before the train cars went airborne and crashed several yards into the forest. Upon vacating the train, the conductor saw what he described as a young woman running off into the woods. He yelled after her but, having been ordered to stay with the train, the conductor did not give chase. We believe it was at the moment of impact that our sensors were triggered. 'Clairest The Indefeasible' had to be brought in in chains by the two surviving agents. It has been noted that an interview will not be held until the entity is properly contained in H1C.
