!!!!Unity Package!!!! Use Unity 2021.3.41f1 and make sure you use Univrm 0.127.2 . import univrm into the unity project first. If you are having texture issues, you are likely not using the right version for one or the other or both. Physics are already set up. So just attach them to the correct parts on your model and export.
