Despite Asuka's unquestionable talent as a pilot, the aggressive and stubborn personality that the proud Eva pilot presents generally causes no end of difficulty and annoyance for those around her. Certain NERV staff have had enough of Asuka's disruptive behavior but are unwilling to give up on the exceptionally gifted pilot. Therefore, certain individuals have arranged a special intervention of sorts to gently "encourage" the abrasive pilot to adopt a more productive attitude. Soon after, Asuka is swiftly escorted into a secluded room one afternoon for an unannounced data collection session and quickly finds herself confined in a personalized cocoon of thick fabric and snug leather straps. Seeing red because of her inescapable restraints, Asuka doesn't quite notice the tickly doom slowly descending upon her suspiciously bare feet until it's too late! This project was originally an unpublished loose sequence of images from a few years back, but I recently revamped it by adding some additional renders, text, and animation to turn it into a full story sequence. There were some challenges along the way, but I'm happy with how this turned out, as is Asuka if her smiles are any indication!
