・クレジット表記は必須です。 Credit notation is required. ・一部のAI学習への使用を許可しています（現在許可中：avalab）。 AI training is allowed (currently approved: avalab). ・あらゆる改変・着せ替えが可能です。 All modifications and outfit changes are permitted. ・MMDおよびVRM Live Viewerの利用を許可します（各コンテンツ内の規約を厳守してください）。 Use in MMD and VRM Live Viewer is allowed (please follow each platform’s terms). ・改変後の名前変更も可能です。 You may rename the character after modification. ・利益を伴わない範囲での利用（動画・配信・メタバース・自作ゲームなど）を許可します。 Non-commercial use such as videos, live streams, metaverse activities, or personal game use is permitted. 【要連絡項目 / Requires Contact Before Use】 ・利益が発生する範囲での動画・配信・グッズ展開・自作ゲーム利用。 Any commercial use (including monetized videos, streams, merchandise, or original games). 【禁止事項 / Prohibited Actions】 ・改変の有無を問わず、自作発言・再配布は禁止。 Do not claim as your own or redistribute, whether modified or not. ・改変済みデータをVRoid Hubにアップロードする際は、他者がDLできない設定にしてください。 When uploading to VRoid Hub, ensure downloads by others are disabled. ・転売（無断NFT登録などを含む）を禁止します。 Resale, including unauthorized NFT registration, is prohibited. ・第三者を不快にさせる使用（差別・政治・宗教などの主張を含む）を禁止します。 Any use that may offend others (e.g., discriminatory, political, or religious expressions) is prohibited. 【その他 / Other Notes】 ・本データは個人による制作・販売のため、VRoidおよびVRMの更新サポートは行っておりません。 また、予告なく販売を中止する場合があります。ご了承ください。 Since this is a personally made and sold item, no update support for VRoid or VRM data is provided. Sales may be discontinued without prior notice.
