Even if the data is modified or partially used, the copyright remains with the Author. ■利用について / Usage 購入者は、このデータをVRChatなどの各種サービスやゲーム作品等に利用することができます。 Purchasers may use this data in various services and games, including VRChat and similar platforms. このデータおよびそのデザインを参考・流用した創作行為も問題ありません。 You may create derivative works or new creations that use or are inspired by this data or its design. R-18・R-18G作品への利用も制限しませんが、他者への配慮の上でご使用ください。 Use in R-18 or R-18G works is permitted, but please do so with proper consideration for others. 商用利用は可能です。 販売・配布される作品に本データを使用することも問題ありません。 Commercial use is allowed. You may sell or distribute works that include this data. 作品の公開時には、作者名「オガワコウサク」または「Kousaku Ogawa」などのクレジット表記をお願いします。 When publishing works that use this data, credit to the Author (“Kousaku Ogawa” or “オガワコウサク”) is required. ■禁止事項 / Prohibited Uses ・公序良俗に反する行為や目的、政治・宗教活動、他者に対する誹謗中傷目的での利用。 ・Use for purposes that are obscene, offensive to public order and morals, political, religious, or defamatory toward others. ・このデータ、または改変したデータ（一部パーツを含む）の二次配布。 ・Redistribution of this data, or any modified version or part thereof. ・購入者以外の第三者が自由に改変可能な状態で、本データを公開・共有する行為。 ・Making this data freely editable or accessible by third parties who have not purchased it. ・生成AI等の機械学習・モデル学習のために本データを使用する行為。 ・Using this data for AI training, machine learning, or any dataset creation intended for generative AI models. ■免責事項 / Disclaimer このデータの利用により発生した不具合、損害等について、作者および関係者は一切の責任を負いません。 The Author and related parties are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of this data. 本データは正確性や安全性を保証するものではありません。 The Author does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of this data. ■その他補足 / Additional Notes 本データを学習用・参考用として購入・利用していただくことは問題ありませんが、上記規約を十分ご確認の上でご利用ください。 Purchasing or using this data for learning or reference purposes is fully acceptable.
