This is R.C.S.(M) Realistic Combat Sounds Mod. the main priority of this mod for gtav is to mimic the sounds of a real life battlefield as closely as possible. so gun shots and everything related will sound as realistic as possible for the rage engine for gtav. we also overhaul normal sounds like car driving alarms engine sounds pretty much everything that we can improve we try to improve, so not just combat sounds but everything to increase the immersion!!. also incase your wondering yes this is fivem compatible!!
