How to Purchase

Please purchase the item from this product page, and after completing the payment, download the PDF file which is available in your "Purchase History/Library." Enter the required shipping information in the Google Form linked in the PDF within the deadline. Once we confirm your submission in the Google Form and the product has been manufactured, we will arrange shipment from our warehouse to the address you provided. ※ Please be sure to enter the required information before the submission deadline.
